Friday at 10:14 am. Supposed to be open at 10 am, but no sign anyone is even in the building. A lady was texting right outside in her car like waiting around to see if anyone showed as if it is normal, but then left. Another patron showed and was looking confused why they were closed. As I was about to post and leave, exactly at 10:15am, a young lady shows up. No apology- just right to work. But maybe she is embarrassed- still. No offense but this is bad. Sign clearly stated Monday-Friday open 10 am to 5pm. People have their schedules too. I saw other complaints on Yelp about them closed during posted hours. Had there been a reason, she should have apologized. That said, she was open and working in about 1 minute and was all business. Got things done e efficient. I've been to many shipping stores, but Global Postal, this one by far, had the friendliest workers. Kenny and Gen know you by name, and I feel like family. I come in here at least once a week to drop off several boxes. I regularly drop off UPS, Fed-Ex and USPS packages weekly - some weighing up to 50 lbs. The customer service is always great here. The young lady is always kind and attentive. The young man, when he's not busy with other customers, always helps me unload my packages from my trunk. I've never had to ask for physical help and I never expect it, but whenever he's able to, he always gives me a hand. I've had some prior injuries that make lifting difficult sometimes and I genuinely appreciate his help. I really can't say enough about the customer service here. Saturday... the 1 day week I'm home from my traveling job. The 1 day I need my mail sent to me for use the following Monday. AND THEY'RE CLOSED when they're supposed to be OPEN @10AM. ITS NOW 11AM AND NO ONES HERE TO GIVE ME MY MAIL. This is the worst service I have ever paid for. This isn't even the first time. Fire the staff! They're useless.
