After leaving, I had to come here on yelp to write a glowing review for this place because it was such an absolutely pleasant experience . I needed to get a live scan done and the lady was so nice and patient with me. I almost thought I got her on a good day... but as soon as I checked out the reviews, it looks like she is genuinely nice everyday. The owner is an amazing person and so incredibly nice. Trupti was extremely helpful, I walked in for a live scan and had no idea of the process, nor did I have my documents but she let me log onto my email on her computer to find them, printed them out for me and walked me through the whole process! Sketchy place with sketchy practices. What do I mean? I came here shipping some documents and they start charging extra for envelopes etc. In my case, they claimed my envelope is not useable and I need to get their plain shipping envelope, which I agreed and they charged my a certain amount for it. And then they usher me out, telling me that they will put my documents in the new envelope. I left and came back a short while later and found out that they stuffed my documents into a much cheaper envelope. So they charged me let's say $5 for a premium brown envelope, and they'll use a $1 envelope later. Greedy and shady. Which is a shame, because I love supporting local small businesses. But I won't support places that are so greedy they do unscrupulous things like this. read more

I was impressed, as it isn't too often these days that we are personally known by the places we patron. I had a really bad experience with the person working as I got my fingerprints. I have gotten fingerprints many times as most of my jobs involve working with kids. I have hyperhidrosis, meaning my hands sweat a lot, sometimes making the fingerprinting process a little harder. Most of the time the people helping are very understanding and give me a towel to help with the sweating. This woman however was incredibly rude and hurtful about my hands sweating. She recommended I change my career path to something that did not involve working with children so I won't have to get my fingerprints done. I will not be going back here for any services. read more

This place saved me a bunch of time. I had to get finger-printed for a new job but the police station, post offices, and many other private companies are not allowing live-scan at the moment due to Covid. I called and the same day made my appointment and did my live scan. I also had to take two passport pictures as part of my application, which they do, as well. Managed to complete my application in one day. Trupi is very nice and helpful. This place also sells a lot of cute stuff while you wait around. Only reason give 4 stars and not 5 is because passport pics and live scan cost close to $120, and I'm almost positive it's on the higher end of the price than most areas. Didn't like the passport photo and how she made me pull my hair tightly back over my ears. Seemed irritated when I asked it to be retaken. I checked with the U.S. Passport service and pulling hari back tightly over ears is not necessary and there are example photos on their site of women with long hair completely covering the ears. Poor lighting for the photo made me look really bad, so I'll take it myself or go elsewhere. read more

Should you be lucky enough to go in there and speak to Trupti, consider yourself a very lucky person. she will go to every length to take care of any mailing me that you might have. She will always give you an objective view of the easier softer is it smartest and most efficient and economical way to get a package or postal product to its destination. Not a good place for new immigrants who wants Live Scan ( Finger Print) the lady was nice but as soon as she felt I am new to the country she asked for cash payment and she charged me more than she had to!!! I called certifix head office and they said she charged me 15$ more and they will call her to follow up.... In few minutes Postal n Parcel Plus staff called me and offered me for a refund of the extra charged, any how its very very bad to take advantage of new people in the country..... read more

Love this place! I have had keys made and they work, when one didn't it was fixed, no problem. I have my mail come there and covered when I've been away for over a month. This is a business, not a charity and for the convenience, I will gladly pay extra. Otherwise I feel free to go someplace else. I love to be told what new things are for sale. Again, it's a business. Postal N Parcel Plus is a huge benefit to our business. We lease a post box, but unlike post office boxes that give a P.O. Box #, a post box from Postal N Parcel Plus gives you an actual street address. A lot of companies won't ship to P.O. Boxes, but with Postal N Parcel Plus this is not a problem. We have materials and supplies for our business shipped to Postal N Parcel Plus on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. It's makes things so much easier knowing that there is always someone around to sign for our packages. The staff is great too. They are absolutely the best. Wow! Customer service at its best. I was in a rush to get important docs notarized and Trupti was there to walk me through the process and answered all my questions with a smile. I found it extremely helpful that the business also has the latest pickup times in the area for FedEx, USPS, & UPS. I was able to leave my packages without having to make separate trips. I don't know why so many people are hating on this great little business. My experience was so great, that I literally said to her on my way out, "This is what American Business is all about". I can't really describe it any other way. The lady was super nice, friendly, and quick! For the people complaining on here, like a $3.25 key, if you do your math right, she charged you correctly (and I'm sorry that you didn't go to a big box like home depot to pay $12ish dollars.) And the person complaining about paying $40 for 4 signatures for notary...Notary is normally $15-$20 per sig....$10 ea is super low. I don't know where all of these people are coming from. I've only used this locale one time and that was enough. They SO overcharge, you are getting totally screwed! It's also very ugly and somewhat scummy looking, especially for the location in Mission Viejo. However, they have a teeny-tiny side office for Jackson Hewitt Taxes. This location for it is super close to me so if I've forgotten something needed for tax preparation purpose, I can quickly retrieve it and bring it back. The tax services offered in my opinion are no better, no worse than every other tax place, excluding high-end accountant agencies, which I did try once and I so overpaid due to being in a nice office with a more professional looking person. So I do recommend having your taxes done here at Jackson Hewitt, especially if it is a convenient location for you. read more

Horrible service. Can't even touch the package I bring unless I buy the box from you? You tell me my package sucks up space in your shop and you refuse to acknowledge the drop-off? Small envelope and box...What kind of service do you provide? You were insulting the way you just pointed at where you wanted the package dropped off and provided no service with your hands up in the air like telling me don't dare try giving the package to me. I just went in and was trying to ship a return package back to a store. The package weighed 2 1/2 lb, the lady said she needed to charge me for 5. She said the rate would be $40+ for the cheapest ground service. I decided to take my package to FedEx up the street instead, with tracking the package will get there in 4 days for $20. What a poor business practice. Also- out of genuine concern for your health- your shop smells like mold. I'm worried that you and any customers are breathing this in. Please get your store checked. It really could be dangerous for you, staff and store owner. Update- the store owner is claiming that she does not receive discounts like FedEx and UPS do so she needs to charge flat rate. I checked USPS's website and their most expensive rate (other than express) is $18.90. This is proof that they are overcharging. read more

Trutpi is wonderful. I walked in and said "I have a lot of things I need done." She smiled and said "We'll take care of you." She then sold me a fingerprint card, helped me press on ink fingerprints, she notarized forms, and mailed everything with tracking numbers. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get everything in and she did it all with a smile on her face and a kind word. Meanwhile, customers came in and she welcomed them all by name. She was so careful and thorough with legal documents. If I hadn't have come here, I would have had to visit several different businesses to accomplish everything that needed to be done.
