I found Postal N Parcel Plus from reviews online for places who do a variety of Passport photos. Strangely enough, Costco usually has the best lighting but I wasn't going to venture out into the crowds for a well lit picture. Postal N Parcel Plus is located in a small strip mall and seems unassuming but don't be fooled by the appearance. Lots of well selected greeting cards are available from the fancier crafted versions similar to Papyrus to more simple and economical ones. The place has a bit of everything you would need. The group ahead of me needed a Canadian passport photo. They had a wait a bit for it since Canadian photos require a different size for cropping and needs a stamp with signature from the photographer. They gave their mobile number so that they could meander around the mall while they waited. Btw, Starbucks is just a few steps away. The (owner?) was very sweet and professional. She asked me what country I needed for the passport photo and knew the different options for expedited shipping costs. She made sure to have me move my hair behind my ears. She also took several pics in case I closed my eyes or had a weird face. She made sure to show me a sample pic in the case that I didn't like it. Since I already had my paperwork, check, and passport, she was able to take my photo and ship it out without me having to wait around. I received an email for the receipt as well as the tracking information the moment I got home. How great is that? Two thumbs up! read more

I truly wish I've had the same experience that other posters have at this business. However, I've been in twice now, and was treated quite curtly both times (first time by a male and second time by a female). Both times, I walked in with a friendly, "Hi! How are you?" and both times I was met by a harsh look and "what do you need?" On each of my visits, I had pre-paid packages to drop off. The first time, the guy took it and said "that's it." (But not in a friendly tone at all). Second time, the woman told me "go around and put your packages in the box." Yet the next person to walk in was great with "Hellooo! How are youuuu?" as I'm still in there. Either they are only friendly to their regulars, or maybe they have something against me/people like me. Not sure, but I won't be going there again. read more

I got a live scan done here. The gentleman owner was very efficient, friendly and professional. I had to get the highest level live scan which takes a while so we had an amazing conversation in meantime. The owner has an awesome HDI screen behind the counter as well so those waiting can view the screen and see beautiful aerial view scenery. Very creative for his service. I hope the owners have a great life. Their store and the gentleman's friendly service really made my day which I needed because I am nervous about starting my new job. I came in with a forgive me card for my girlfriend and Trupti not only got everything processed quickly, but she called the driver to see if he would come and pick it up so it could be there the next day. Ordinarily I would've made copies BEFORE hand, but I asked the people I was meeting what they needed and they did not say I had to GIVE them a photocopy of the documents. They only stated they needed to see them. So off I go to grandma's to meet these insurance people and then they tell me that they needed a copy. Hmmm, where do I go? I wasn't THAT familiar with the area.... I mean, restaurants I know, but photocopy places? Nope, not really keeping my eyes open for those if you know what I mean. I decided to drive down the road and see if there was a Kinko or something similar and came across this place. The lady was very friendly and helpful. She photocopied the documents for me -- which was only 3 pages -- and said "45 cents". I said "oh okay, 45 cents each?" And she said "no, total". Hell I can live with that. That was a lot cheaper than I had anticipated and was so relieved that it was done and at 15 cents a page. This place also has mailbox rentals, offers similar services like those offered at Postal Annex and Mailbox Etc. They will package your items and mail them via Fed Ex, USPS or UPS. They also sell greeting cards and basic office and shipping supplies. For your convenience they also have money orders available AND.... passport photos. Very small shop, but very convenient. The is a tiny business in the Gateway Center. The only time I stop in is when I have important documents to send overnight or packages to ship. You can drop of UPS and FedEx packages. They offer notary services (if you ever need it). It's always nice to have access to a notary. Whenever I need mail something or just get stamps I always come here . They are super friendly and give me so much advice !

I found out this morning I needed a notary on 2 docs by 10 a.m. -- this placed saved me! I called at 8:45 am., and she explained she opened at 9 a.m. It took me only 7 min. to drive there -- it took less than 10 minutes for the owner to complete the notary process for the 2 docs notarized, and it was only $20 ($10 per doc, very reasonable). I was back at home within 30 minutes from the time I left the house (and still had 30 minutes from the time I left my house! I even had time to spare before the lender came to my door to pick up the documents. They woman who helped me was so kind, understanding and thorough. I was completely satisfied, and I will be back to use their other services (postal). NOTE to those who have written/left negative comments -- my hunch is you have motive - maybe they are your competition, or maybe you are just a nit-picky pain-in-the-you-know what. Folks - ignore the negative reviews (there aren't many) because this business is as good as it gets for the services they offer, and their prices are very, very VERY fair! A private notary (who wasn't available when I called him this morning) is who recommended Postal N Parcel Plus -- so glad he did! Thank you! read more
