I don't know if the young woman who rang me up saw that I was sending two letters to unemployment or if this is how the business is ran... But she rang up my stamps and it came to 98 cents. I unfortunately didn't have a dollar, only my credit card... And 50 cents in my purse. She was kind enough to take a rain check on the remaining 48 cents. Faith in humanity restored. Thank you... I don't even have enough money to go grocery shopping.. And was trying to get unemployment taken care of so I don't lose my apartment... Went here today to mail a few packages.....The owner helped me out and was really nice and small talked with me about how I found the place, asked me if I went out on Black Friday, etc. Very personable. My packages were of odd size and he even tried to help me get cheaper shipping.....Also offered free tracking which I appreciate. They have a variety of services that they offer here, there is virtually no wait, and they help you get the best deal for your money. They are very kind too! I went to Postal Perfect because I needed to get a document notified. I walked in and the girls up front were very nice and immediately put me in touch with Lou who was in the back. Lou stopped everything he was doing to come up front to assist me. He notarized my document and I was on my way within 5 minutes. (He even gave me a free stamp because I didn't want to break a $20). In the middle of my fourth year of renting a mailbox with Postal Perfect, and will be renewing for a 5th in December. The only mail center left in the area with a small mailbox offered for a year at a very reasonable rate (UPS Store wanted more than double for a small box). Employees are always friendly, and its not a problem if I can't pick up a package the same day it was delivered (Old UPS store from years ago sent emails and called if I didn't pick up packages the same day). Good price : Went to get a live scan but before coming here I called two different ups stores one in Fontana another in Rancho and were quoted prices of $50 from the Fontana office and $74 from the Rancho office. Called postal perfect and was quoted $40 for the type of live scan I needed. The employee that helped me could've been a little more friendly but being that the store just opened and she probably was tired I can give her the benefit of the doubt. Definitely would come back if ever in need of this type of service again! Quick, easy, and cheap compared to other live scan offices. read more

I had to go in for a live scan for my husband. First, i call and one of the girls was very rude on the phone. When i got there i had the same girl from the phone and she was still rude very bad customer service. There was another girl just on her phone not paying any attention to any customers. I went in there today and I was greeted by a young lady. When I asked her about one of the services, she was flat out rude. Horrible customer service! There was only one other customer, and THREE employee's behind the counter. I've been in there before and the employees are all rushing and scattered because there is not enough help. This is a family business, so the employees do not care about good customer service because they are not going to get fired. By the way I did not get the service, I left and I will not be back. This is 2017, no good customer service = none of my money. read more

I took a shadow box to FedEx and they wanted to charge $28 just to box it! Oh and the box could fit me and the shadow box. After rude service I Yelp'd mailing services and discovered Postal Perfect. They were so kind and packaged the shadow box and shipped it using FedEx for a fraction of what I was quoted across the street.
