Ken has been a neighborhood staple in Granada Hills for years. I've been his customer for about a decade now. He's my "go - to" for everything. They do notary, Life Scan, fax, copies and printing, shipping and mailboxes. He's a pleasure to see and talk with! This is my first and last time I'm entering the store I went to this location because there isn't really close FedEx near me and I put my package on the table I didn't get a receipt or they didn't scan my package. 2 days later my package is no where to be seen and fedex is saying that this postal service lost my package and they don't know where it is. I appreciate the Postal Plus team and the Singh Family for the assistance they provide me with my admin assistance. I'm always in a rush it seems. And they're very helpful and polite. The Notary is a great service to know it's there when you need it. Copying seems a little expensive at $1.00 or $1.50 a side? I know ink is expensive and I'm probably being old fashion but $11 to print an application does seem a little high but I still remain loyal bc that's what we do as satisfied customers we stay consistent. I do wish they would extend their hours maybe open at 7:00am and not close until 8:00pm I believe it would capture more business and increase revenue w/ +3 hours a day. I have only been coming to this business for a couple months but I have been very happy with the service and staff there. The shops rates were almost half the price of a competitor and that is why I chose to move over there. With it's close proximity to my home, it was a no brainer to choose Postal Plus. The owner has been a pleasure to deal with in my experience and always greets me with a "hello" and smile. Today I was very saddened to learn that a person would write a review about him and mention his culture and religious affiliation as a factor. I am the son of an immigrant and cannot imagine how that has anything to do with how Postal Plus services are rendered. I think that only would make the place more attractive and inviting. This is a local and small operation and I'm sure he competes with his prices where he can. The man is trying to make a living and support his family, which is what the American dream is all about, so some items may be higher than other's around... that's the way it works for the convenience of a small shopping center mail center. One person cannot attend to everything so you should be patient and wait until someone is able to help you with what you need. After seeing the one star reviews, I was worries, but as I was just going to get a paper notified, and no one said the Notary Service was a problem, so dropped by and got my paper notarized for $5.00. The notary was helping one other customer, so I cooled my heels for about 3 minutes, then wam-bam-and I was out the door with my stuff. This place is a scam. I needed to mail out a package. The guy asked me if UPS was okay, and I said I wanted standard USPS mail. After I left, I checked my receipt and saw he charged me for 1-day shipping. What part of "standard" did that infer I wanted 1-day? Complete rip off. read more

I left a prepaid ups package with an iphone inside, when I went to track it there was no record of the tracking number, I went back to them to inquiry if the package was picked up by UPS and they told me that they don't have any way of knowing that???and that I should deal with UPS (UPS claims that they Postal Plus should initiate an investigation but they refuse to help) UPS claims that they scan every package they pick up and they have no record of it. My mom has had our mailbox here for about 15 years. I had the WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced here. The owner is super rude and condescending. My mom passed away and the last thing i thought about was renewing the mailbox. When I finally remembered a few weeks later, the owner refused to give me my mail and claimed he sent it back. He said it was within the grace period but then decided to shorten the grace period upon our conversation? He still expected me to pay without giving me my mail? Even more so, the current Owner, Ken, has increased and sustained additional services that have also been delivered flawlessly. After my package came back to me, I was so shocked that such an easy job could not have done right the first time. I have been going to Postal Plus for apr. 10 years and I highly recommend it. The service Ken and his staff offer is above par. I am always treated in a polite, businesslike fashion. I have used their $5 Notary many times for things ranging from my family trust to opening bank accounts. Keeping in mind this is a for profit business, yes they charge slightly more than the post office would for stamps and tack on a fee for mailing out/shipping packages, but the cost is reasonable and if your time is worth anything it's actually a bargain, because I have waited in lines at the Post Office and at times not treated very nice. This is my second review of Postal Plus and being I just came from there and purchased stamps, picked up three packages and shipped our two all in less then 10 minutes I thought I'd give them another pat on the back. read more

Bad customers service!!! not worth your time nor your money!!! This business is supposedly a live scan screener server but this place knows nothing about live scanning. When going in to do my live scan he didn't even sanitize my hands nor did take his time to do my fingerprinting correctly. I received a resubmission letter twice and he didn't agree to refund my money for his bad service. He claimed it had nothing to do with him and that the resubmission needed to be done because he there was something wrong with me. I have done live scans before and have never had a problem. And to top it off his computer kept freezing up, bad, bad service will not return to support this small owner owned business. read more
