Came in to use the computer and print, scan, upload to a website. They charged 10 dollars deposit for use of computer. I logged in and downloaded the form to print. I then waited about 2 minutes or so minutes calling them to return to the desk to ask that they scan the form to upload. They agreed to scan the form so I could upload it from their computer. They said they sent it to my email 3 times successfully, I never got the email. Never. I refreshed over and over using the computer time waiting for the scan that never came. After I gave up and left I got a receipt charging me for the internet time, scan, print. She discounted 31 cents for going over time. The issue I have is that I had to pay for their service and I did not even get to complete my task. I paid 10 dollars here to download a piece of paper and print it. Just don't use their computer or scan services. For everything else they're good. read more

I came in to do my live scan fingerprinting for my tech license and it is soo easy, especially since this is the second time I've done it. Went there to drop off a returned Amazon item -had a return label on it- was a 40 pound box and they wanted to charge me $5! First the girl said if it's over 50 pounds we charge. But we showed her the weight on the box and said they still had to charge. Will not use them again. read more

I had my passport photos taken and they printed out to be blurry. We requested to have the photos taken again. They refused to do so unless we pay for full price again. I just don't understand this is obviously their fault and they have the guts to ask us to pay twice. The lady was nice but the guy who works there was terrible.
