This postal Annex was so very helpful! I have never in my life had a form that needed to be notarized of course waiting last minute I was worried I wouldn't get it done in time! I was so happy with my experience here I called first to make sure I wasn't wasting my time the experience over the phone was so great 20 minutes later I was there in person! Fed Ex left a door tag on my mail box. Fed ex didn't write who is the package for. In the past I have received my neighbor packages and I kindly return it to them. So I call postal annex to inquire more information. They said they can't release the information even if I have the tracking number. They did mention that if, I don't pick it up, it will get mail back to the sender. read more

Truly nice people, clean and professional store. But oh my goodness there's an extra charge for everything. People probably don't realize the same services are available around town without having to pay for every little unusual thing. I called Postal Annex in Azusa as the one I normally go to had a problem with their live scan machine and they recommended I go to Azusa. Disha answered and when I went in there was Janeth, Disha and a third young lady came up to me with beautiful smiles enough to light up a Christmas tree ! Very warm and friendly. 1st off I want to say that going into a place that was so helpful, kind & considerate was so refreshing.. The staff was absolutely amazing.. I planned on shipping a few boxes across country from CA to FLORIDA but I didn't plan well & everyday for about a week I came in with more boxes in total 12! They got me the cheapest rate & what is so GREAT that they can check Fed ex ups & the Post office rates! I was actually sad I was leaving because these people were so nice.. everything arrived when they said it would.. not tossed around or damaged.. Postal Annex is the ONLY place to go if you live in Glendora or Azusa. The couple that owns the store take SOOO much pride in making sure you are getting the best prices for whatever you're shipping. They've even taken the time to help me repack certain gifts to help send them more efficiently! What a great experience I had here. I needed to mail some equipment and they were wonderful. Boxed the items and worked out the best price for me. While they worked on that I was blown away by the great items they have stocked. I bought a calendar and got a free card with it. A very fun friendly easy experience. I declined to retake the photo because I could not afford another delay when the initial photo was denied by passport services. I went to PostalAnnex to process my daughters' passports and needed these in a timely manner. Although, I had been unclear about the final cost at first, Jinesh took his time to explain the reason for each fee. Went in on a Saturday (6/10) and we had an appt. for document verification the very next Tuesday. The passports are now in my hand. This was a much smoother and faster process than expected. Jinesh and Disha were great at verifying that all the documentation was correct to ensure that the process would not be delayed. One recommendation I have to you if you need this process is to make certain you ask and understand all the fees that are involved to make certain you know your options. Jinesh and Disha will gladly explain what options are best for you. I would highly recommend this service for anyone needing to get their passports processed quickly.
