I went to the UPS postal annex at staples at 2879 Jamacha Road El Cajon, CA 92019, Rancho San Diego. I walked in and no one else was there, I went right to the counter and was served right away. I recently stopped by Postal Annex in LaMesa (annex 0029) in hopes of getting some answers as to why it takes so long to get a thing done at anytimemailbox (virtual mailbox) who asks for a notary signed copy of the USPS form and two pieces of identification all of which must be approved by the National Verification Process. Over and over again I was uploading documents (same ones)and getting no response to my questions nor was anything getting done from all I could tell, leaving me frustrated and angry for such a simple process. Then I realized that the mailbox was located in LaMesa, CA., I took a chance and visited Steven and Janelle at the Postal Annex where my virtual address was to be located and let me tell you something, what a pleasant experience it was to visit their place of business! Not only was it a beautifully decorated and elegant shop but more importantly, they welcomed me in and got right down to business with my concerns. Overnight Janelle uploaded my documents directly and by the next day or two I had been approved and was able to pick up my packages and use my mailbox and to me, who seems to struggle with everything I attempt to do, I was not only relieved that I no longer had to deal with this situation directly but also grateful for both Steven and Janelle for their assistance and professional support that I received without any negative feedback or anything else but gratitude for having someone who truly understands and offers to assist in taking care business and all with a simplicity of their operation and tactics! Best service everyone is really nice and friendly and they are very fast to get what u need

I've been using PostalAnnex off and on for the past few years. Every time I have been in for varies reasons, the staff has always been helpful and friendly. They offer shipping boxes of many sizes, do passport photos. In fact, I did my passport photo here years ago. If you need document notarized, they can handle it, if you need a private mail box, they got them too, and they will print and make as many document copies as you need. TO BE CLEAR: I DID ship my package second-day air. At the UPS Store, it was about $325 total, including insurance. At PostalAnnex, they wanted to charge me over $720 for the SAME EXACT THING. The owner is trying to obfuscate by pointing out the different shipping options. I am comparing apples to apples, plain and simple. read more
