I'm shocked. I have been a customer for years now and they don't care at all. Went to pick up my mail and the door was locked at 2:30 and it said went to lunch, come back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes from what time? It didn't say. The next day I asked what happened and they said they went to lunch. I said, you can't take turns? Then when I left, I said.....I can't run my business like this. Then the next time in- I get the 3rd degree and accused of slamming the door which is totally false. Cindy would not even let me tell my side so my voice got loud which it is anyways. Then I am told to rent my box elsewhere. I tried to call to apologize for the loud voice and get put on hold. I don't expect to get a call back. Down right ice cold. I've come to this location twice to ship some fairly large packages. Both times it was 2 different sets of women working and each time both sets were very helpful. They helped pick out the perfect size boxes, tape them up and helped package them. Both sets of employees were patient, helpful and polite. read more

10/23 at some point in the middle of the day the systems were down and my package was undeliverable because they closed their doors and put up a sign. I called after 6pm to check if they were back up and some lady answered and when I tried to ask questions she immediately resorted to yelling. I asked if there was a supervisor or anyone else that I could speak with. She transferred me to CINDY. And she also immediately resorted to yelling. I asked if she had been there earlier and she yelled that she had been there since 7:30 in the morning. I tried to ask if they refuse packages when their systems are down because the delivery driver called me earlier and stated that the postal annex was refusing my package, was asked to leave, and then closed the door. Again, Cindy immediately yelled at me and said their systems were down and the door was closed per the owners orders and I'm welcome to close my mailbox. I let her finish yelling. Then told her I never mentioned closing my mailbox. I asked if it's customary to refuse packages when their systems were down and she yelled yet again, saying that their internet service was down and that what I explained didn't happen. I told her that I didn't know for a fact that that's what happened and that is why I'm asking. CINDY yelled again saying she's been there all day with long lines and the owner ordered for the doors to be closed and put up sign (yelling at the top of her voice) and that she didn't know what to tell me. I told her she was clearly having a bad day and I wasn't going to get any answers. CINDY yelled again saying she answered, she told me what happened. Zero consideration for the inconvenience to the customer, didn't even allow me to ask questions. Didn't let me say more than three words at time before she started yelling. Zero consideration for the reputation for the business that supplies her with a paycheck. Not one time did I raise my voice. Not one time did I threaten to take my business elsewhere. Not one time did I accuse her of anything. I closed with telling her that she clearly is having a bad day and I hoped her night got better. She said thank you, in a normal tone of voice. That is the only time she didn't interrupt me and I finally had her attention. I also added that I really hope she finds enjoyment in her life. Looking at the other reviews, CINDY likes to yell at people. Maybe she has some past traumas that are constantly resurfacing in her everyday life and that is why she yells? Maybe she really is unhappy with her life? Maybe she doesn't like her job? Maybe she can't find a different job that she would enjoy? Maybe she's in a constant state of burnout and exhaustion? Maybe she wants someone to love her? Maybe her inner child needs a hug from a mother figure? Either way, yelling is uncalled for and yelling does not earn you respect. read more

I was in the area and found this to be my nearest FedEx drop off location. Huge mistake! Dropped off a package, more than 24 hours later no confirmation from FedEx that the package was scanned. I continue to call the location and they put blame on the drivers. If you have an unreliable pickup schedule, don't commit to providing a service. read more

I have been there many times no problem, however Sat 5/13/2022 took package in for Amazon return unfortunately the clerk I got had very rude attitude took package and walked off. When I asked for a receipt, she handed me back the package and said if I wanted a receipt to take it to UPS. I have always gotten a receipt in the past. If they make the decision to change the policy fine but at least have the courtesy to say "I'm sorry but we no longer do that because...." These people get reimbursed for handling Amazon shipments I feel Amazon should take partial responsibility for leading me to believe I would receive polite courteous service, not to mention Postal Annex it's self. read more

This review is because I was told if I was going to make negative Yelp review don't come here and drop off my fedex packages. The heavy darker Latina lady with the curly hair is rude and unprofessional. This is why you get the negative reviews because your customer service is trash. The only reason I come here is because every other fedex is over 10 miles away. I will be calling corporate and explaining the situation to them. I called to find out what time their notary services And they said that they close at 6:30 PM I asked them if they could wait for the other party to arrive and they responded by saying no that they have already been there all day so they leave at their scheduled time. The customer service associates at this place are not only condescending but act as if they're the ones doing you a favor by having us patronize their business. They roll with the face that there are not many options for UPS or FedEx services near by. This place offers a lot of services, however, after my experience - I'd rather drive out of the way 100 miles to save myself the dreaded interaction of having one of these angry women answer a question I may have. If I could give a MINUS 5, I would do it in a heartbeat...2 totally UNPROFESSIONAL idiots working there...I tried to get passport photos, that have to meet the standards that the authorities require. In the first try the photo the brown haired latina took, one side was way brighter than the other side. The second try, this time the blond moron took the picture, when I showed her that this picture was even worse, you can see a shadow on one side behind the head, even a bigger NoNo...I showed her on the consulate website, that both photos won't be accepted at all...she refused to give me the money back, acted as if the photo is ok...and didn't connect me with the manager right there, I could come back the next morning... I used a CC, so I will get my money back...also reading other reviews, I recommend DO NOT GO THERE! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE on two incidents First incident: I had insurance on a phone and had to ship it out for repairs. I dropped it off at this postal annex for UPS to pick up. Found out weeks later that UPS never got the item. I told postal annex and they kept pointing the finger to UPS saying they should have scanned it and that my package was nowhere to be found at their location. They were not able to show me proof. Never tried helping me in the matter, so lost more than $200 there and had to buy a new phone. Second incident: I applied for licensure and this was the closest place to get notarized and my fingerprints taken to be sent to Nevada. Everything went well, so I thought. They walked me through the fingerprint process, filled out their portions (so I thought) and sent them. Well, weeks later I received both fingerprint forms back with a sticky note saying that the person who administered the fingerprints (in this case Cindy the manager) failed to sign the form. I read it too quickly and thought it had required a signature on my part so I signed and then realized my mistake. I talked with Cindy on the phone and asked if they could redo them without a fee. Cindy quickly felt offended and barked "you were the one who made the mistake, you signed it!". I was so confused, since none of this mess would have occurred if she had signed them to begin with. I decided to bite my tongue and just ask that the delivery be made free at least and I would pay for another fingerprint card. She agreed. I had to travel all the way from San Diego for this since I had moved there. I ended up getting there 10 minutes before closing and the latina lady with the dark eyeliner around the lips/eyes, and overly large eyelashes rudely said they couldn't help me even though it was still open. Luckily a kind lady said she could help me real quick since she had spoken with me on the phone. They were sent but still had to pay for that new card. I should have learned my first lesson to NEVER come here. read more

Ive been here many times, customer service is usually ok, the ladies greet you get you what you need and you are out. No extra effort on customer service but its ok. But.... I was there to get a document notarized I got there 40 mins before closing time and they told me that they couldn't do it because they were closing it was too late to do notary. I used this location to drop off online sales with prepaid shipping for the past year with zero issues. However, this past week I had dropped off a package and for the first time I was told that they were not providing drop off confirmation receipts due to the holidays. That was the first time they said they were not providing receipts which l should have just taken my package back but given that I've never had bad experience with them I didn't make a big deal out of it. Days later UPS shows in their system that they have not received the package. My seller rating online has now taken a hit because the order was cancelled due to the order not being shipped on time. I cannot file a petition to waive the negative rating on my file because because I have no receipt. Beware if using this location. Not sure if something sketchy is going on since it's the holidays but I recommend gong straight to the mail courier for mailing purposes. read more

Poor customer service and I was denied reimbursement of my damaged item that I paid for them to package & ship (2 different fees). The worker stated that if they do the packaging as opposed to me doing it myself, they guarantee the shipment will arrive undamaged. However, during the shipment process, the picture frame glass broke. The manager of Postal Annex was not helpful, said I was not being truthful b/c it is not possible for there to be damages to the contents inside a box if the box on the outside was not damaged. The manager would not pay to replace the frame. So I paid for an item to be packaged, paid for the item to be shipped, & it arrived to me un-usable. Horrible service...went to sent a fax I had to ask how much it was as the sales worker just grabbed and started faxing. Thankfully she mentioned I won't be charged if it doesn't go thru ((no shit). But failed to mention that if I use my own cover sheet I'm charged but if I use theirs it's free. Wtf is the difference I didn't write from the top left corner in small 7 font print to the bottom right a whole story to get a free fax. Had the number attention to and my name and contact info and for this your poor customer service couldn't tell me there's a charge on my basic cover sheet. Then when I go to pay they do the accept card anything less then $5. That's where I should of said thank you for the free fax and walked out. But luckily I had cash paid and will never go back to this hole in the wall crap. read more
