This was the first time I ever used this UPS store on Alton Parkway in Irvine. Before driving to this UPS store, I called the store and asked the person who answered the phone if this UPS Store could return a package to a vendor that had been mistakenly delivered to me. The employee said yes and told me to contact the vendor to get a QR code before driving to the UPS store. When I arrived at the UPS store, two people were ahead of me in the queue. Two UPS employees were already meeting with other customers who were mailing packages. My wait was less than 5 minutes. The UPS employee who helped me with my package was friendly, courteous and efficient. He immediately processed my request to return the package to the vendor, and notified me that there were no charges to return the package. I was very satisfied with this UPS store. Employees were very helpful! Quick service in and out, and got a great discount for only a couple pages of printing!

I paid extra for a 2 day delivery to Florida for important keys to be sent to my brother. The keys were not delivered until a week later. We had to call multiple times to try to figure out where they were. When I disputed the charges with my bank the denied the claim. This is unfair since I paid extra for an expedited delivery that never happened. if you need something delivered on time do not use this store. Go to the regular post office. They also told me they are not actually UPS they are a franchise similar to Mailbox etc which I did not understand. I was very disappointed and frustrated for something I paid for that did not happen. I should be refunded a majority of what I was charged since they did not do their job. We received extraordinary service and assistance from Javid and Gauri today. We brought in two very large and heavy packages for return to Amazon. We only had one QR code from Amazon Returns and were politely advised that we needed one for each box. Both employees went out of their way to assist us in contacting Amazon via the app, canceling the first return, and getting the required two codes and labels. Both employees knowledge of the Amazon return process was extremely helpful!! read more

The Customer Service at this location is excellent! I needed color copies of several documents. One 3 page document was unable to print. Two employees Wally & Val spent close to a half hour trying every computer trick to help me get my copy. Anywhere else, someone would have easily said that they are unable to help me.
