Literally, waited over 2 hrs to get hold of a live agent to tell me it's probably going to be delivered Monday. I mean, delivering is what their service is and they can't even do there job. Will never ever use UPS. It's Monday day of delivery's. Received a text from UPs yet again stating delivery from 10:15am - 2:15pm. They did it again not holding to their promise. Iam still waiting for my package. This company is a joke!

UPS rep very kindly replied, to get you off the phone. I called Costco, they immediately replaced the airbuds and had them delivered by Instacart.

This Staples is smaller than the ones I've visited in the past. Anyway, I perused the inside perimeter before going to the aisle that had food trays. I didn't see anything that was desirable to my eyes. Hence, I said enough is enough lets get to the purpose of my visit. I walked to the aisle that had the food trays. Unfortunately, they did not have the ones I was looking for. They had the Rubbermaid brand though... these were almost double the price of the eco brand. No cigar and that's okay. I left without buying anything. This is the last time I would look for the eco brand. They just don't sell them anymore. Thank you anyway! Since I didn't buy anything, I didn't cross path with any staff, hence, I don't have any comments on them. The only reason why I gave them a 3 star is because they didn't carry the item I was looking for. It's just fair.

I had a couple Amazon returns to take care of before the by date. I found this UPS Store in the…read morehigh desert and they were still open until 6:00 PM so I was on my way. Got here in a knick of time. There was 15 mins to spare, however, 8 people were ahead of me. I only saw one lady behind the counter. I wasn't worried... I was already in the door LOL. While I was waiting, I was looking around... a pretty standard UPS store with personal mailboxes, stationeries, different sizes of boxes, shipping stuff, and more. Within a few minutes, the line started to move really fast... I said cool. Then I noticed another lady was behind the other side of the counter had came to the rescue. Thank you! After I got up to the counter, the transaction was done in less than 1 minute. Thank you UPS for great friendly staff and fast service! I shall be back to this location should I need future UPS services. Btw, just a suggestion, maybe one day, there can be a self service returns drop off kiosk.
