Not sure how I did not know this postnet was so close to my house, but stopped in yesterday when I did a google search and found it. What a fantastic little store. Excellent and friendly service-way better than any other I have been to. I was looking for pricing on returning a couple of packages- I had gone to USPS, UPS and Fed Ex over the last several days returning items purchased online that had different return requirements. I was shocked by Fed Ex wanting $30, so decided to shop around. The UPS down the street quoted $18 but I needed to buy their tape as the box needed to be closed. Long story shortened, had more packages to return, found this place, clean, friendly-and when I came in with a box that needed to be taped, he didn't say a word, he taped it shut for me with their own tape. I will make a point of using this location going forward. read more

I have been going there for quite a few years. Anything I need for mailing and shipping needs have always been met with the greatest professionalism that I can hope to receive. The owner, Shervin, is always there waiting to greet me and take care of my every need. I see him do this with every customer that walks though his doors. He goes so far above and beyond to service me that I sometimes feel like I'm in another world --- A world that cares and is attentive to the needs of its customers. Although I am completely able to receive and send mail from my own home there is something so great about this place that I can't let go of. When I've needed something notarized I call Shervin and he has somebody there to take care of it within 30 minutes. Useful location which we frequent often. Never have had a poor experience while there but have run into a number of instances that have been frustrating. I've run into a handful of times that I have attempted to drop something off during normal business hours and they have been closed without notice. Have also run into a few instances where they have closed before the advertised business hours. I appreciate small business and by no means hope this deters business. That said, consistency with normal business hours for patrons will ensure we keep coming back! Thanks! read more

Shervin is simply awesome - it could be raining cats and dogs outside, packed full of customers inside, stacks of packages to go through, UPS, FedEX, and USPS drivers doing pickups, and he'll still greet you personally with a smile. Most shipping places probably offer roughly the same services, but going to PostNet is like walking into Cheers - you'll always feel welcome and like more than just a customer... I am very disappointed at this place and the services . I have been having mail box here for a year and I have been treated very badly . The guy who runs the store is always look in to my mail and see what is in the mail . Every mail box is confidential When you call to check if there is anything you have he always put you on hold for more than 30 min I didn't get mail box to be waiting I could do that with post office Shervin is a very disrespectful ! I asked for my mail once when it was missing he start yelling and with ( heavy accent ) he said he is tired of answering for my questions) that I felt I have to call the police Cuz I didn't feel safe enough to go there ! I hope ppl don't experience the same ask I did !
