I wish there was a minus 10. I'm telling you, believe all of the one star ratings, they must have a troll farm of people posting 5 stars. I have never left a place of business screaming to them the are psychos. It seemed straight forward, I called on a Thursday to ask if they did photos for Canadian passports, I guess its the owner Michael answered the phone and said yes but you'll have to wait till tomorrow when my assistant is here, I'm like great, what time. How about 3:30? Perfect, see you then. I arrived and greeted him with a cheery "hello, how are you?", that must of really pissed him off, he immediately scowled at me, I'm like well, ok, I'm here to get my Canadian passport photo taken. "oh we don't do that here", I'm like really? I made an appointment for 3:30 today to have my photo taken, he was like, well we can take your photo, but we don't do passports. Ok, I didn't realize I asked you to do that.......ooooh, you should have seen that scowl! He proceeds to walk around playing with his ink pad and stomping around the place. I ask Kindly, I thought, do you need these specifications? They are really specific in what they need. Michael locks eyes with me and we proceed to have a stare down....who is gonna break first!!! He mumbles some dimensions and I'm like, Ok, I guess maybe he knows what he is doing. He takes my photos and messes around printing, cutting them, stamping the back, all without showing them to me first.....kinda weird. I'm really desperate to get these today, I should have gotten them yesterday. After he has them all ready he shows them to me and they totally not what is required and really washed out. There is no way the Canadian passport authority is going to accept this pile of crap. My head occupies the entire frame like a huge helium ballon. I pull out my paper of specification and I say, Does this photo meet these specifications........another stare down, oh he looks really mean now. He just says these are for Canadian passports. I'm like, do you have a ruler, so I can check? Another stare down, he finally tells me, if you want that you need to go to a professional photographer.....what the hell!!!! I told him, you should not tell people you do Canadian passport photos when you don't know how. He says "I can't help you". I said "well you can help me by getting me a ruler". He says "We are done here". At this time his "assistant" with pink hair pips up and says " they are right, he does these all the time", why this woman is enabling this, what ever he is, I have no idea. Exasperated I very loudly exclaimed "YOU ARE A PSYCHOS"!!!! His answer really sends me over the top, "I'M AN AMERICAN"....WHAT THE F? Boiling hot, I head over to Walgreens, I had no idea they did Canadian passport photos.....for $15. That bunch of crazy people wanted $80. I was torn afterwards, as heated up as I was, I started to realize this man probably has dementia, him and assistant/girlfriend/wife/whateverwithpink hair is enabling him. I read the reviews about the customer service and I understand where people might be coming from. But they're fine. East Coast I think, maybe a little brash, which I always get along with BUT I can see where some people might interpret as rude. Surely not a bundle of joy...but that's alright. I wasn't in for a massage. Nonetheless, I was reminded of that Brady Bunch episode with the car. Where the father teaches the son "Let the buyer beware". So my fellow Yelpers...be aware. I wanted to send a purse to my mother for her birthday in Chicago. I planned accordingly, and had plenty of time. So the slowest ground route was fine. I told them this. I didn't need it insured. They knew this also. Finally, out of the multiple options they claim to have, the "most affordable" was over A HUNDRED BUCKS! Yes...about as much as the purse. I felt slightly rushed. In fact, Mike had already started taking it in back before I formally acknowledged that I was OK with this raping. I asked the lady if that could really be the price? She confirmed that this was as low as I could get it there with them. I said "Would it be anything close to this price at the Post Office?". She told me as if she was a seasoned politician, "It'll be pretty close.". No numbers. No percentage of difference. Just a line of BS to get me to go along with this molestation. Needless to say, I told Mike to bring my package back. He did, without acknowledging me or even looking in my direction. It was as though I beat him in a hand of poker and I was no longer of any use to him. I went elsewhere and got it sent with tracking and insurance for considerably less. Full service also. NOT THE POST OFFICE. So I didn't get any less customer care at the other facility that didn't try to violate me like this. Its obviously literally the Wild West with these places. You presume that they are competitive, but they are not. And I can simply tell, that this place gets away with whatever they can. I don't treat my clients like that, and I sure as heck won't tolerate it with the people that I share my good business with. So often we want to support family owned places. But not when they treat their clients like this. Once again, over $100.00 to send a simple 2 pound purse to Chicago within 5 days. These guys are full of ship. My mom is worth it. I hestitate to speak ill of a business, but I have to whole-heartedly agree with most of the one-star reviews on here. I found the staff not only curt and abrasive over the phone, but incredibly rude and condescending in person. Their behavior suggests to me that they either have no idea how they come across (which would blow my mind) or they simply don't care at all. Also, they charged me $50 for fingerprinting despite other places charging only $15 or $20. As if the rude behavior wasn't enough to keep me from returning. read more

I highly recommend this place. After getting my fingerprints done there, they were sent off to my medical boards the very next day. The people on the boards lost them and didn't tell me about it till a month later! I came back just hoping to have them redone and they took such good care of me and even redid them TWICE for me for free. I feel like they really took care of me and were so sweet about the whole process and made such a stressful situation better with their understanding and kindness. The owner directed me to the government website for the appropriate form and instructions on how to handle the form. Michael the owner is the rudest, most immature and unprofessional business-related individual I've ever had the unfortunate experience of meeting. His abrasive, defensive attitude toward conflict resolution would have been laughable if not so sad. I shipped a package via FedEx with him and it was never delivered. FedEx showed evidence that he signed for it when they sent it back to him (he signed for it) and he blamed FedEx. FedEx has his signature on file with a specific date and time. I needed to get fingerprinted for a new job and I was having trouble finding a place open due to Covid 19. went to their website and they were open so I booked an appointment. When I arrived the owner was there ready for me. He was quick, did a great job, and nice guy to speak with. He even sanitized my hands, car keys, and phone when we were done. Had fingerprints from another place rejected as "unclear" and then found PostalMax. Night and day to have fingerprints done by someone that clearly knows what they are doing rather than the young kid who was trained the day before. Then to have the prints mailed out right there is an added bonus. Great customer service and great hours without requiring an appointment. REJECTED! The FBI rejected the finger prints taken by FingerPrinting Scottsdale. So my review is based on the FBI's review. FingerPrinting Scottsdale's services cannot be trusted when the FBI cannot use their fingerprints. I would not know a good finger print from a bad finger print. The FBI, however, found FingerPrinting Scottsdale's impressions to be unacceptable. FingerPrinting Scottsdale still uses old school ink and paper rather than the more accurate and cheaper digital scanning. When told of the FBI's rejection, FingerPrinting Scottsdale refused to account and take responsibility for its unacceptable services. Look elsewhere if you need finger prints. read more

BELIEVE ALL BAD REVIEWS. My husband and I went in for fingerprinting and the woman was extremely rude and combative. She even threatened to not finish my finger prints when I jokingly said I "helped on that one" referring to a fingerprint after she made a big fuss about not "helping her". She was such a cya next Tuesday that I was just trying to get a chuckle out of her. I finally just kept my mouth shut altogether and didn't respond to any of her weird comments. Also, we went in saying how cute all the pink was...I was trying to be friendly! That was not well received. I didn't go in judging her, but I will say now that it's people like her who give republicans a bad name. If you show up to this place in a "Let's go Brandon" shirt maybe you'll get better service? Very sad. This woman is a clown...a caricature of what people stereotype. I wish people didn't see republicans that way, but I see why after meeting Denise, who I see as an embarrassment to our country. Can't imagine what her husband has to put up with. God bless that man! (I see people have had their experiences with him too though so maybe they are equally deserving of each other!) I almost forgot to add that for someone who manhandles people up close and personal, she should do something about that breath! read more

During the COVID-19 pandemic, this location stays open and ready for business, with extra precautions taken for social distancing and sanitizing. My fingerprint clearance card was done quickly and efficiently, even with my two little girls in tow. I would have had to wait at least 2 more weeks to get my fingerprints taken at any other location so I'm very thankful that this essential business stayed open, even when others have closed.
