PASSPORT BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE people this place screws up passports and cost us alot of money. The employee told us they do First time passports and took our photo/money and application and ASSURED us this was how it's done .. come to find out you CANNOT get a first time passport unless it's turned in and signed in front of an authorized agent and you must swear an oath. When I went back and brought this to the employees attention he said " Ive done hundreds like this" lol WOOOOOOW so you've screwed hundreds of people over and ruined hundreds of people's vacations ?!?!? This place has really gone down hill the past couple months under new ownership. The hours of operation have been reduced quite a bit which defeats the purpose of having a PO box here over the post office. There's now only one employee, so no one answers the phone and there is frequently a line just to pick up or drop off a package, as there's one person to help everyone in the store. I'll probably look at other options, as it doesn't really seem worth the price at this point. read more

The service had gone drastically downhill since this place changed owners recently. I've been a customer for years but will take my business elsewhere now. They shortened the hours of operation which makes impossible for me as I work 9-5. I've left work early to go pick up packages during their posted hours and they're not open which is extremely frustrating. I've also waited in line for 10 minutes of more just to pick up a package. Maybe this place is okay if you just need to make a copy or something but I definitely would not recommend having a mailbox here. read more

Update new ownership has taken over and I am very happy they are open the hours that are posted. 2017 I am very unhappy with post nets closures last year. Post Net at Brunswick Basin has been sending out our club newsletter for the past 4 years and have gone through various owners. I must say, the new owner, Pat, has been doing an exceptional job. Postnet continues to strive and help each customer out as best as they can. The prices here are some of the lowest prices in town. I tried to fax at staples and it was 1.79 postnet is only a dollar. I would suggest that you come here. They have very friendly service and can help you with all your mailing needs read more

They just got brand new Printers and the staff is very friendly and personal. Also they charge half as much as Staples for a full bleed 11x17 color print. The print quality is much better than Staples printers and lastly you can just bring your own thumb drive in and do your own printing. Something that you can't do at Staples just a few doors down. I love this business. They are the friendliest group of people! I've used their notary service (only $10.00), faxing, copying, getting supplies and stamps. They are a little more expensive on USPS services because they need to make a profit. I'd much rather go here than wait in the long lines at the post office. read more

This is my go-to place when it comes to sending mail. Sometimes it's pretty busy, but it's so much better than going to the post office which many times has a line out the door. The staff is great, they are very patient and helpful. Years ago I took my elderly grandmother here to apparently send something through MoneyGram to scammers. The lady at the counter knew something fishy was going on based on the location it was being sent and the fact that it was going through MoneyGram. She kindly refused to finish the transaction because she knew my grandma was being duped. They go above and beyond what they are required to in order to help their customers! read more

These people are friendly, courteous and great for passport photos or mailing a package. Sure there can be a bit of a wait but less than at the post office. It would be nice if they were open until 5:30 but we can't have everything. I really appreciate their service. read more
