This PostNet is awesome. The manager / staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I've been here multiple times for different things and they can always get the job done. The service was Fast, easy, & friendly. Even gave me insite to the "check-in" offer, as well as the actual passport process. You need to make an appointment with USPS ahead of time (which I didn't know). I definitely recommend & its 1/2 the price of the post office. $7.50 vs $15 any day! Sue is the most wonderful & kind spirited person Iv ever met. I came here for the first time to make over 1000 copies. She was so kind & had a smile the whole time! The line kept getting backed up & she was the only person here but she did an amazing job multi tasking to make sure EVERYONE was taken care of and had what they needed before they left. You read the reviews, you hope, but you buffer that hope with pragmatism: not every day is golden, any business can be off. I was visiting Las Vegas and had a package of very fragile, antique heirloom dolls to send home. When I explained to the woman, she pulled out every trick for creating a safe shipping environment for my very sentimentally important and monetarily valuable items. A large box with two large dolls, two smaller dolls, and other items wrapped as if they had been HER grandmother's. All the while being very polite and attentive. Didn't charge me for packing supplies or her time packing the items. Made sure I had appropriate insurance and, since it wasn't time sensitive, went with the cheap shipping. I showed up 15 minutes before closing with an exacting order, and the whole time was treated with respect and polite humor. All the 5 star reviews are deserved. Cannot give higher praise. read more

Aru and his wife Sue saved me again!! I had some really important documents that I needed delivered via FedEx immediately. However, I was so busy during lunch hour, and all other places were closed after I got off work. I quickly called Aru and asked if he would mind staying open a little later for me. I was really hoping that he would say yes. Aru stayed an hour past closing time for me the last time I was there to take passport pictures, and sure enough Aru did not disappoint - he never does!! The FedEx man came in to claim the delivery for the day, and I was assured that my packet would make it the next day :) On top of that he gave me a very good price for next day delivery. I could not have asked for anything more - great service at cheap prices. I will never visit a regular post office/FedEx office here in Las Vegas again. These guys have me as their regular customer now even though there are other post offices much nearer to my place - it is more than worth the drive. I also got my car keys duplicated here. It works well and again, prices were fantastic. If I have any need for notary services, flyers, printing, binding, etc you best believe I'd come back to Aru's PostNet. read more

I called PostNet about a passport photo after reading the other reviews. The very nice lady on the phone informed me that they were doing passport photos today and suggested that I wear a dark color so I grabbed a black blouse on my way out the door. It took 12 minutes from parking my car to getting back in my car with two pictures at $8.99. Their customer service is impeccable and they provide everything from printing emails, notary services and all of your shipping needs along with P.O. boxes. I hate getting my picture taken but they really know what they're doing and they really came out great. Awesome small business. read more

I needed a banner for my high school graduation party. I happened to walk into Smiths and found out that this Postnet inside sold banners. I spoke to this lovely couple that ran the Postnet. They informed me that they also do posters. I decide that I was going to splurge and do a banner for my graduation and a poster of me so my guests could sign when they walk in. The banner was $3 per square foot. It was the cheapest I have seen in town. I decided to order it here and I was so glad I did. The banner was a hit at my graduation party. read more
