Love this store. The staff and owner is very helpful and friendly. I have used their copy machines, shipping services, notary service and even purchase items that I needed in a hurry. I shipped a package USPS, the postage charge was $35. When the package arrived, it was brought to my attention that the postage itself was only $15. They charged an extra $20 in shipping without bringing it to my attention that if I went to post office up the street I would pay $15 instead of $35 (more than double the cost). Gentleman is very helpful and friendly, but definitely will not be going back, it's a HUGE ripoff read more

Cheap ass and a rip off place....I had to stop by and print 2 pages of my quest lab work from my email since the lab couldn't accept the electronic version. This was the closest printing stop around Camden ave. I walked in, logged in to my email which tool 30 seconds and printed the 2 pages which took total of 2 mins, they charged me $4.16 which I know most of you would thing hmmm not too much money but it's totally a rip off to start your pricing to use internet or the freaking computer for only 2 mins from $3.00 when everyone almost have access to computers and internet. I asked him the reason of the charge he said I can't change the rules and I left my $5 bill there didn't even get the change. Is sad that some places when they don't do good, take advantage of the less customers they have. He should start his price from $1 dollar for a use of less than 5 mins just to be fair. read more

The owner is a crook. He had ripped so many people off over the years that I can not believe he is in business still. I saw he moved his shop over from the Via Valiente spot probably because of his reputation. He tried to over charge my mother the other day for a passport photo. She called. They confirmed the price then she went down and he charged her more and the charge says notary. She walked back in and said this was a passport photo and he said he wasn't charging enough for them so he adjusted the price. What? Seriously? Even thought it was only $5 bucks he lied. He told her what are you going to do Sue me? It would be a waste of your time he said to her. Can't believe he would say that. She explained he already confirmed the price. He eventually opened up his drawer and gave her 2 bucks back. Which was less than half but she did not want to keep looking at him while he said horrible things. I had a run in with him myself years ago when I mailed out alot of calendars. He quoted me a price on what each one was to send out. He completely lied. I mailed one to myself and my parents and noticed it was almost a 30 cent difference than what he told me in his shop and after he weighed it. He cheated me out of 30 per piece which was around 50 bucks. What a horrible liar. We had a foregin exchange student stay with us years ago and his laptop broke so he needed to mail it back to his parents in Japan. He charged him 100 bucks to mail it back. The exchange student did not know and paid it. I went back to get his money back and he said it was too late. About a month later I get a call from the regular postal department and they are asking about a fee owed for a package to Japan. I had no idea what they were talking about until they said the students name and gave the address. They needed to collect a fee for it because they said it was not paid. We actually still had the reciept and I sent it to them and told then that the guy cheated him out of 100 already to mail this out. They covered the fee and we put in a complaint. He should not be in business. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the customer service provided at this location. I had an extremely urgent package that I needed sent overnight via FedEx. My package was there hours before the pick up cut-off time for next day delivery. The following day, I was notified that the package was never received, I checked my tracking information and realized that the package was not scheduled to be delivered for another 3 days due to the weekend. I returned to the Postnet store, explained the situation, and requested a refund since my next day delivery did not occur. The owner advised that he would not give me a refund unless FedEx gave HIM a refund first. He kept saying that it was not his fault, it was FedEx's fault, etc. I explained to him that he is the business that I dealt with, that I paid his business and that he should refund me and then deal with FedEx himself. He refused to do so and said that he would let me know after FedEx reviewed the situation if he would refund my money. He called me a week later and advised that he would reimburse my money, although FedEx was still disputing any wrongdoing. He then requested that I come in at the end of the day, at his convenience, when he would have the cash to refund me. I went back to the store at the time requested, only to have him then say that he would only be refunding me 75% of my charges - the reason for this was unknown and I have no idea where he came up with the 75%. By this time, I was completely done with the owner and the store. After his utter lack of customer service, lack of standing behind his customer, and his basic disregard for developing any customer loyalty, I will never return to this location again. read more

Amha was a very courteous and helpful when I came in to create a banner for our annual golf tournament. My banner was very reasonably priced and was ready in 3 days. When I picked up my banner I also had some passport pics taken. Very convenient! I will definitely be back in the near future. read more

It was a very unpleasant experience. Beyond rude and ridiculous. I do not write reviews normally, but this experience left me speechless.

This location is more expensive than shipping things at USPS, so I only use it when I have prepaid shipping labels from Amazon that require UPS. Every time I come in here, the same man is working--not sure if he is the owner--but he is always very sweet and friendly to me. I don't write a lot of Yelp reviews but today he went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service, made a potentially difficult and frustrating situation quick and easy, and I very much appreciated his willingness to help! This store is perfect for Almaden residents who need a convenient location for handling everyday small business needs. I printed some Amazon shipping labels and dropped off some parcels for UPS pickup here on two separate occasions. This strip mall has been languishing for a while, so it's good to see thie Postnet here. Both times, I was greeted with courteous service. read more

Sometime last week, I needed a passport photo taken and needed to send it digitally to someone immediately. I found Postnet on the internet and gave them a call. The guy told me they do sell digital copies . And later I looked for the nearest Postnet store from where I was at the time and found this one. I drove to this place and had my photo taken and when I asked for my digital copy, the store guy told me they can't give digital copies. I was surprised. i told him, I already spoke to a Postnet personnel and he told me they're available. I told him the photos were of no use to me since I needed my digital copy. He asked me to get out of there and claimed that I had wasted his money, while in fact it was me who lost precious time and fuel driving up there. What got me really angry was his behavior. I have shot pictures with my camera and produced photos at home, discarded several- and copies are very cheap and can be quickly produced. I have asked him to delete my picture which was still in his camera, because I don't want that to be with him. I hope he has done that.
