Original Review Below. 02/25/2022 LOL.. Amha, only if you were as polite as your response with customers at the store. Anyway.. Photo miscommunication between employees, yes, that can happen with anyone, but that was not my issue. My issue was the way you spoke when we came to take the passport-size photos. The fact is that many people in their yelp reviews below confirm that you lack basic customer service, and they find your behavior rude. As for the OCI form, below is the link to the instructions that clearly state that kids above five years need to sign, which we were following. Had you not been multitasking/distracted (talking to your supplier while doing our paperwork), you would have followed the instructions. Instead, you were getting impatient and, without my consent, started asking questions to my six-year-old kid. Totally unacceptable! https://www.vfsglobal.com/one-pager/india/united-states-of-america/oci-services/pdf/oci-checklist-minor-final.pdf - Original Review - 02/24/2022 Being a neighborhood office supply and shipping store, I have used PostNet behind the donut place a few times, but I was never impressed with their customer service. It was always about convenience, but after my last two experiences (below), I'm sure to take my business someplace else. First experience: I called in advance to confirm if PostNet does passport-size photos for infants, and the person on the phone confirmed that they do but charge extra. The guy on the phone explained the process, which made me believe they knew what they were doing, so I showed up with my baby. Once I reached the older gentleman, I believe the store manager rudely told me that they did not do passport-size photos for infants. Their lack of clarity, miscommunication, and bad service was a turnoff. Second experience: I needed to notarize a few documents for my kid OCI, and the notary at PostNet started helping us. I believe their notary is the store manager as well. In between notarizing our documents, the gentleman took a call from his supplier. This was not just rude, but his split attention could have messed up our government documents. I wish that was the worst part, but later in the process, the notary started asking questions to my minor child without my approval. When I asked him to talk to me, he got upset and started to misbehave. His actions were not just unprofessional but borderline creepy.

It was a very unpleasant experience. Beyond rude and ridiculous. I do not write reviews normally, but this experience left me speechless.

Friendly, reasonable ... it's located in the Safeway store shopping area on Crown and Almaden in the walkway by the doughnut shop.

This review is specifically for the in-person passport photo service offered here…read more After a disappointing experience with FedEx's online partner (RushMyPassport/govWorks), we decided to try the non-virtual option. When I called to ask whether an appointment was needed and what the recommendations were about clothing, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the assistance I received by phone. The young woman who took my call was courteous and helpful. At the store, we were very positively impressed by the service provided by MANPREET, who proved to be both skilled and knowledgeable, as well as pleasant. After the photo was taken, she clearly explained to us details concerning what to expect after submitting the digital photo to the US passport website. In the event that the photo was rejected, Manpreet explained that we would be entitled to a retry or a refund. Thankfully, the image was accepted on the first try and I have since received both my new passport book and card. What was also greatly appreciated was the thumb drive provided by FedEx (at no additional charge!), as we had forgotten to bring our own. TIP #1: Make sure you don't wear a white/light-colored shirt or blouse, unless you have a dark jacket over it. Otherwise, you run a much higher risk that your photo will be rejected at the time of upload or submission by mail. TIP #2: In the event that RushMyPassport/govWorks takes your money without ever allowing you to download the image you paid for--even after reaching out for customer support (as was the case with us)--remember that you have the option of doing a charge back through your credit card company.

The store had just opened and completely empty. The employee makes eye contact and sees me walking…read morein with a package, yet walks away to talk to her coworker instead. All I needed was to drop off a package that was already labeled. She insists that I use the self service area and guides me there so I can scan the package myself. Of course, the receipt doesn't print and I have to ask for assistance again. She has to go through the trouble of opening the lock box to get my package and go through the drop off process just to get me the transaction receipt. This could have all been avoided if she just did her job and helped me directly to begin with.
