No nuts in sandwich zone at Jersey Mike's. I went here two different days with a friend as we both had some invitations in the mail to try subs. We got the regular Italian one day, and the regular Club Supreme another day. Overall, the consistency in addition of toppings is a little off. My Italian had far less lettuce than my Club Supreme. Both sandwiches were decent enough. The bacon was crispy and really helped the texture of the Club Supreme sandwich. I think it's a bit pricey, but so is everywhere else nowadays. read more

Why was bacon on my #14 veggie sub. I don't eat meat so out of that $25 delivery meal I was able to salvage the chips and drink. To too it off my delivery took an hour to get to me 4mi away. The driver didn't speak English and was lost so there was no communication. Why do they hire folks that can't speak a lick of English. It's so frustrating. The sandwiches are great, but service is terrible if you order for pickup. On my last visit my order was ready 61 minutes after it was placed, even though they quoted 15 minutes. One sandwich had clearly been prepared long before the other and was no longer hot. I asked the cashier about why it took so long and he said they were trained to serve people eating in before everyone else, even it was clearly backed up. I visited this location for the first time today to grab a quick lunch and see what all the fuss was about. The traffic was consistent at this location. The customer service was on point. I was greeted right away upon entering. I got a mini sandwich with chips and a drink. And a small cookie (I like that they offer the mini cookies so one can still get their sweet fix without all the cals of a big cookie) I actually got the #7 without cheese. Turkey. I like that they are slicing the meats right there in store. That's pretty cool. Makes me feel like it's a good quality meat selection. The bread is soft and fresh. The ingredients were also simple and fresh which I appreciate. The sandwich itself was good. I wish they had toasted bread but I will be back to try other options. The ambiance is neutral. This location is one of the better Jersey Mike's I've tried, the interior of this restaurant was super clean during my lunchtime visit and although everyone was very busy they took the time to ensure every customer was taken care of and just as important that each order was assembled correctly. I love the Italian and I always request that the meats are grilled then dressed with lots of fresh veggies and with just a little mayo, mustard and vinaigrette and they nailed it. I prefer to eat in but I have ordered take out adjusting the condiments to keep it from getting soggy and it was almost as good.
