I am always a very polite customer and I feel like the sandwich maker did this on purpose. They smothered our sandwiches in a spicy sauce and jalapeños. We only asked for lettuce and tomato for our extra topping. This is a very bad joke for a drive thru customer that drives 15 min to get there then 15 mins home before realizing the sandwiches aren't edible and has to throw them away. This was my first time at potbelly, and I will probably come back! Some friends and I came in at around at 5, and to my satisfaction, we walked right up to the counter. We were happily greeted by 3 employees, who were ready to take our order. I didn't feel rushed, so I took time with my order, uncommon to many other places like subway. The only problem I had was that the regular size shake was very small, but I should've asked to see the sizes. read more

I've been to this location 3 times in the drive-thru; the first time was fine but the last two visits here my order was completely wrong. The first wrong order was a chicken salad sandwich with bacon and avocado and they made my sandwich but didn't add the chicken salad...the main part of the sandwich. I love their chicken enchilada soup the only thing i dont like is they only serve it on certain days! The food is good and the customer service is even better! OFF THE LIST!!!!! 2nd time to try it and first time at this location. I always seem to believe that when a place is new that they will have better quality food that a place that isn't, but that's just my crazy thought process cause it deff was not true in my situation today. I was excited to try the Uptown salad, as it had all of my favs on it! However, once I got back to my office, on my lunch, I quickly realized that I was not eating any of it. 4 out of 6 of the grapes were shriveled and molded. 95% of the lettuce was dried and wilted with multiple brown spots. I was a little afraid to try the chicken and finally just decided against it. I ate the walnuts and apple pieces out of it and tossed the rest. Called the manager, who of course gave me the old, "If you want to come back I can replace it"....Ummmm no thank you I am on my lunch HOUR and don't have time and now don't have lunch. But thanks for playing! Then I asked if they made the salads fresh, hoping she would say no, in an effort that I could blame it on a machine and not a human in the store. But nope, she said they make them "fresh" (and I use that term loosely) to order. So I then said to her, " So, you are telling me that someone put this salad together and let it go out like this and did not question it?" She said, "Yes, I'm afraid so." So here is the thing to take away from my experience, if someone thought that my salad was ok to let go for the great value cost of $8.12, I am not the first person it has happened to. All the veggies were well past their prime as I discovered after opening to sandwich to figure out why it was so awful. The lettuce and tomatoes were old and liquidy making the inside of the bread soggy. I scraped out what I could but the sandwich was still bad. This is probably one of my favorite sandwich shops. I usually get the turkey breast with Swiss cheese and it is great! They have a new buffalo chicken mac and cheese, it was so good I can't wait to try the buffalo sandwich. The environment is clean an the staff is extremely friendly. I'm so happy they opened up this one close to my work. I will be coming here for lunch very often. Oh ya, don't forget they have breakfast sandwiches with are awesome! read more

It was the driest sandwiches Ive ever had....Today 7/11 I ordered through the app and requested mayo and mustard on two sandwiches. They got the mayo right on one sandwich and the other sandwich had just a small amount of mayo on the end and not through out the sandwich....And there was no mustard on either sandwich.....This will be the last time I go to this location. read more

Visited Potbelly today for the first time. I wasn't feeling great, so the Grilled Cheese Sandwich sounded perfect. I paid over $7 for a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, bag of plain chips, and regular drink. Instead of a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, I received a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a little bit of chicken and a very small dab of cheese (even though the label they printed and put on the wrapper clearly stated Grilled Cheese. It is very disappointing to get to your destination with a to go order and not have the correct item, especially when it was a bit pricey to begin with. Based on the other reviews, it appears they frequently mess up orders. Won't be returning to Potbelly anytime soon. read more

Just as a general disclosure, I've been in the food and beverage industry for quite a while and I never give bad reviews. If I could have given this place a 0 star rating I would have. Everything was horrible from the customer service to the quality of the food. We ordered for our office and every single person's order was incorrect. The sandwiches were ridiculously small for $5 ( they were less than four inches long). I got an Italian sandwich that has so much grace on it that there was a puddle on my wrapper. The other sandwiches that were ordered came with only meat on them, no cheese, lettuce or tomato. All of the Mediterranean salads we're only lettuce. Half of the salads didn't have meat on them even though we paid for it. And when we brought our food back we were welcomed with an employee rolling their eyes and acting like it was a huge inconvenience. We were only compensated with a few free cookies. My reason for posting the review is to help the company. This apparently has been a consistent issue according to other reviews I've read as far back as six months ago. Don't ruin your lunch hour wasting it at this place... I can guarantee you'll be disappointed. read more

Extremely slow service in the drive through, soggy sandwich, wrong ingredients on sandwich. Asked for mayo packs and even though it was on the ticket they were not in the bag and there weren't any napkins either. Too many other good sandwich places around. This place started out good when it first opened but the last few times it hasn't been good at all. Shouldn't be that difficult to get one sandwich right.
