In June 2011, we had them replace all 18 of ours along with new shutters, a new front door, screen door, and new leaf-guard gutters. The windows they recommended are very solid and good quality and their installation work was excellent, everything was done in the time frame specified, and they cleaned up well afterwards. It's great to have modern energy-efficient windows in place of the 1960's original ones and storm windows that rattled in any wind. Our summer electricity usage went down about 15%. The following year we had them tear our family room addition down to the studs and build it back out, along with a new back door, some electrical and plumbing work, installation of crown molding, and some miscellaneous repairs. Again - very happy with the quality of their work. They are a small (~8 or so people?) general contractor owned and run by Jim Christopher. They've been around for 20+ years and do all level of home renovation, including major rebuilds. Jim is a real 'his word is his bond' guy who cares deeply about his reputation and making things right. His professionalism and integrity really shows. Their prices are reasonable - by no means cheap, but definitely fair. I recommend them highly and will certainly use them for any new home remodeling projects.
