We didn't partake in the pottery but it's a cute date night idea. Drinks were good and they have different flight options depending on the season Service was good and the barista was very helpful & sweet

What a delightful find!! While waiting for hubz having a medical procedure nearby, had a few hours to spend & started with a delicious dirty chai & monster pan au chocolate (they have smaller also, but, why?) The pottery area is amazing & wish we lived nearby to enjoy all the creative classes & activities! Stop in and have a coffee, play a game, or satisfy that craving for an amazing baked piece of art!!

Amazing coffee, awesome vibe. Love everything about Potters Peak. Found my favorite hug-a-mug here!

Such a great find! Half coffee shop, half ceramic studio! Chill vibes abound! They have the classic espresso drink menu + teas, and will soon be introducing coffee flights, which look amazing. They also sell pastries and bubble waffles (both sweet AND savory!) The barista was super sweet and explained the menu as well as the ceramic studio concept (adults only classes and open studio hours as well). She was very pleasant and so patient as I pondered my choices. I ordered an iced americano w/SF coconut syrup and a S'mores cookie (warmed). Perfect combo for a mid-morning break. Lots of comfy seating as well as several small tables and chair for working. Also, lots of ceramic mugs, vases, plates, planters and candles for sale! Location is a bit hidden, but plenty of parking in the lot once you find them! Worth the drive! Will be back and looking forward to the coffee flight!

I keep passing by this place whenever I go to the gym and finally decided to give it a try. It is super cute and they have pottery classes!! It seems like a lot of fun and will definitely have to return for that. In addition to the pottery, the coffee is phenomenal. I think it was very balanced and tasty. They make some of their own flavors and it definitely makes a difference so I can appreciate that. The girl working was very nice and helpful when helping me choose a flavor. I decided to pick up a book here as well since they had a few "Blind Date with a Book" options! They sell some cups, bowls, and some other miscellaneous pottery. Everything is so cute, I especially liked the Arizona cups. They offer pastries, waffles, bagel sandwiches, energy drinks and lots more in addition to their coffee! Definitely will return!!

Nice and new concept in Scottsdale! The drink is delicious. Matcha is tasty and high quality. Cookie is better when it got warm. They asked if I wanted the cookie to be warmed up. The pottery collections are so cute. I want all the coffee mug!! A little tuck away but easy to find and easy to park.

Adorable coffee shop in North Scottsdale. Their chai was so good and I saw they offer coffee flights which looked delicious. What makes this place truly special is their pottery classes. The instructor was incredibly patient while guiding the group through the planter making process. Highly recommend and I will be back to try the coffee flight!

I was curious to check this place out as soon as I heard about it! I definitely want to take a class here but I just came to get a chai and look today. I ordered a strawberry chai with oat milk. The barista let me know it would be a bit because she had a big order but she got it to be relatively quickly. I liked looking at the ceramic stuff, and my drink was really good! I will be signing up for a class soon, awesome spot!

So excited to finally try this place! Love the idea of ceramics and coffee. The girl taking my order was "new" so it lead to some frustration. They were not accommodating around allergies, upcharging for milk and to sub out drinks on the flight. It was very quiet when we went so it felt awkward being there. We left without finishing either flight

I will start by saying this used to be my favorite coffee spot. I have been coming to this location…read moreforever. Every once in a while, there's a little burp and that's OK. It happens in every business. But today was absolutely unbelievable. I pulled up and decided to get a medium iced caramel Blondie with a couple extra pumps of caramel. I like it in a 32 ounce cup for the extra ice I like it cold. It went from $6.70 plus the extra $.80 for the caramel. Today it was $10.90 for what.? That's $3.60 more than I usually pay when the young man at the window couldn't explain to me why it was so much more he brought over somebody else and he just told me that's how what it is now. Explanation was because we have to add more for caramel $3.60. Are you serious? You're gonna charge me $3.60 the amount of a regular coffee extra. Will needless to say I did not take the coffee and I will absolutely never go back. There are too many coffee spots around town they don't try to rip you off. And honestly depending on who makes it half the time it's not right anyway so you're paying for something that you have to throw away but you'd rather not complain. But now today was just the icing on the cake. Black Rock, you need to train your employees a little differently as they're not the best I have seen I will miss a couple of the employees that are there that I do appreciate and that make my coffee correct. I will be sure to go to Dutch Bros/Starbucks/10 other coffee shops around. Also be sure that you give them your phone number because a lot of times they forget to ask and you lose out on those free drinks that take 15 coffees to get one.

It's a very popular spot at 8:00 am on a Wednesday with retirees, many of whom are noticeably regulars. They have your coffee shop basics--muffins (which my kids enjoyed), pastries, oatmeal cups, and some desserts. They also have a variety of burrito offerings from a place called Sergio's I think. I got the bean burrito and it was delicious. As far as coffee, I got a black drip coffee. I am a self-styled coffee connoisseur (I like light roast if I can get it) and their coffee was average. What I didn't like was the service. The lady taking our order haphazardly tossed my kids muffins on the counter and was cold and short with me on my coffee order. She didn't tell me where I could pick up my order and she didn't call it out when it was ready. I was trying to tend to my kids so it would have been nice to know what to do. Eventually I checked what was the likely pick up area and a to go box was there. I wasn't sure if it was mine so I asked the lady making espressos if it was a bean burrito. She looked at me confused and said "[I] don't know, it was the only burrito back there." Good, that makes two of us who don't know. This place did its job for what we needed it for. I wouldn't be a regular if I lived here based on this experience.

What an unfortunate team assembled here - the service was so subpar from the girl taking my order…read more Absolutely no enthusiasm and almost a disdain? And that is such a shame because they're cold brew was so smooth and the barista was wonderful. The interior is cute, so is the view! So - just be weary of the service!
