Explanation was because we have to add more for caramel $3.60. Are you serious? You're gonna charge me $3.60 the amount of a regular coffee extra. Will needless to say I did not take the coffee and I will absolutely never go back. There are too many coffee spots around town they don't try to rip you off. And honestly depending on who makes it half the time it's not right anyway so you're paying for something that you have to throw away but you'd rather not complain. But now today was just the icing on the cake. Black Rock, you need to train your employees a little differently as they're not the best I have seen I will miss a couple of the employees that are there that I do appreciate and that make my coffee correct. She didn't tell me where I could pick up my order and she didn't call it out when it was ready. I was trying to tend to my kids so it would have been nice to know what to do. Eventually I checked what was the likely pick up area and a to go box was there. I wasn't sure if it was mine so I asked the lady making espressos if it was a bean burrito. It comes with espresso, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, sea salt, and Jigsaw collagen boost. The collagen boost adds 8g of protein, which is a nice addition. I really enjoyed the drink.
