Anyhow, This store is a real SCAM The store advertising beautiful furniture unbelievable good prices. So i headed there. It turned out the prices are not the advertised prices, not on any single item. So we bought a sectional, and payed for delivery. they try to collect cash so they don't have to pay tax. anyway the day when the furniture was delivered I wasn't home only my wife with our 7mos old baby, but I was on the phone with my wife from the minute they arrived till they left. The store owner, (he delivered the furniture) wanted get a sign and leave, and the rest of the money. My wife asked them to open the boxes, to check if there is any damage to the sectional. They refused it and Alfredo the owner said to my wife "you open it". and the two man was watching my wife with a 7 months old baby was moving and cutting the boxes. of cores the furniture was broken. They said its only the bottom. well Alfredo we purchased a completely good, healthy and new furniture. Also on another the leather was broken. So my wife asked them to take the furniture back and get our money back. they refused it too. So my wife refused to give the rest of the money, which was about $150 and the store owner took the ottoman back what we purchased for $250.- So the "Myfurniturestore" is a real scam.

That's why we were so excited to find a set at Arhaus that we liked. This would be my first-ever dining room table/chairs purchase EVER--I'm 54, but have never had a space large enough to merit one--& our first one from a "nice" furniture store. * 05/28: Order placed w/ an expected arrival time of mid-late September * 09/17: Right on schedule, received an email that the order arrived & would be sent to a local delivery hub on 09/24, at which point they would call me w/i 5-7 days to arrange delivery * 09/23: Instead of receiving said call from local delivery hub, we got an email from Arhaus saying that they were "unable to fulfill our oder for the chairs--so, after four months of waiting & confirmation that they were coming soon, we were S.O.L. with no explanation. Naturally, we scoured the internet to find different chairs (from a different company) that would go with the table--or a completely new set to start over from scratch with--but came up short & wound up ordering the only other chairs that matched the table that were literally twice as expensive. All we were offered by way of compensation for *their* error was 10% off the reorder...& that was only after I pressured them. * 09/25: We placed the order for the chairs that were twice as expensive & told that there is no way that they can expedite our order, so we would not have them for Thanksgiving, but *maybe* by Xmas. We also requested that the table they did have be delivered to avoid its going missing, as the chairs had. I was told the table would be delivered 10/03. * 10/13: The company that handles Arhaus deliveries told me that they had the chairs--the ones I'd previously been told were missing--& the table base, but not the table top...in contradiction to what I'd been older on several earlier occasions. The right hand did not know what the left (or even itself) was doing. After contact Arhaus, they confirmed that the delivery company did have the entire table (but the chairs were still MIA). * 10/18: Table that was meant to have been delivered 10/03 was delivered. * 11/12: Arhaus emailed to advise the (new) chairs, which were supposed to arrive mid-December "[had] experienced a delay due to unexpected circumstances," but no information as to how long of a delay was provided. I telephoned Arhaus no fewer than four times to inquire as to the nature of the delay--had the new chairs gone missing, too?--& the new expected delivery date. Each time, I was told they would look into it & get back to me...they never got back to me. * 11/25: Surprise, surprise! The new chairs are ready--I guess they weren't delayed, after all--& were beginning their two-step delivery process. Delivery was scheduled for 12/09. * 12/09: I was given the window of 3:00pm-5:00pm, told my delivery was expected between 3:20pm & 3:50pm & given a link to track the process, which I looked at first at 3:00pm; delivery window was still 3:20pm-3:50pm, but they were on delivery #6 & I was number 8, so I knew that wasn't happening. As time passed--3:20pm, 3:50pm, 4:07pm--& I saw that my window was now in the past & they were still on delivery #6, I called to confirm as to whether it wold still be coming today. Long story long, they arrived shortly after 5:00pm. In conclusion, while I love Arhaus design & quality, I will never order anything from them, again, as they have major supply chain & customer service issues that need to be addressed. Maybe I'm just a gap-toothed hillbilly from WV living in the big city, but it shouldn't take six months & become a part-time job (for the customer) to get a table & chairs.

While it is a smaller footprint and several items were sold out during my visit, it's clearly because this is a highly popular spot for local crafters! The online order pickup process was incredibly organized and smooth with their self-serve setup, and I'm so excited to dive into my next craft project today. What really stood out was the staff. I crossed paths with an employee in the aisle who was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. When I was leaving, that same gentleman made it a point to say goodbye, which was such a warm, personal touch. The only downside for me is the shift toward so many self-checkout kiosks. I personally prefer interacting with a real person and supporting local jobs rather than using automated machines, so I definitely encourage other shoppers to head to a real cashier lane if they can! After a delivery by Mattress Firm delivery people, a valuable personal item went missing from my home. My home was violated in a way I never expected from a retail delivery. What should have been a simple purchase turned into months of stress. What followed was unacceptable -- four months of no real investigation, no accountability, and no urgency. There wasn't even an apology from corporate. Instead, I was met with dismissive comments and implied blame. The store manager, district manager, and corporate leadership failed to take this situation seriously. Endless emails, deflection, and silence made it clear that customer safety and ethics are not a priority here. When I returned the mattress due to how poorly this was handled, I was blindsided again: the adjustable base was suddenly labeled "non-refundable" (never clearly disclosed), and I was charged for "free gift" items at inflated, above-market prices. This company prioritizes profits and commissions over customers. If you value transparency and accountability, shop elsewhere.
