Sammy our waitress was stellar! The dill potato salad was also on point. My sister really enjoyed her club sandwich. My partner had a patty melt, it was yummy but dry and the bread should have been grilled a bit more. His ceaser salad was underdressed and pedestrian. I had the turky cranberry sandwich...meh. it was dressed with walnut cream cheese but the walnuts weren't toasted so they were gummy. The cranberry was only in the center of the sandwich and there was nothing else, no sprouts or tomato or cucumber or anything. I think it maybe was kind of a panini but the bread was really dry and not grilled really. I mean this is some spendy food for just meh. I also had the Butternut squash soup, disappointing. It was cold then got stuck in the microwave but it was also just bland. No spice, no herbs, not even salt and pepper. We tried the tiramisu cake and it was good. We waited an hour to be seated. Such large portions and love that you can order an extra side for 4.95 so easy to split with somebody... Especially if you're going somewhere after and not able to save your leftovers. Lately have been ordering the chicken and prosciutto grilled sandwich with a side salad and then today the person I split with got a side of their brisket chili which he said was amazing...we had the friendliest waiter, Steve P... seems like I never get a picture because it always looks so good when I get it I just want to eat it right away. This was 3.5 star experience for me. It has a nice ambiance. Our female server was nice but she was prerry slow and got an order wrong (not a biggie tho). The food is priced fair and had a good portion but tasted pretty mediocre. If you like to see and shop their unique furniture, potteries and other house decorative items, then yes you might wanna stop by here. If that's not your thing, then I would say skip it. read more

This is a VERY popular outdoor and indoor furniture store in addition to having a restaurant onsite. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. Parking during lunch is managed by staff, so be prepared or park in an adjacent shopping center's lot and walk over. Although we arrived early, there was a significant wait for our group of 8. Perhaps there is a staffing issue as service was slow. Our drinks arrived two at a time, as did our entrees. The food served was visually appealing and tasted good for the most part. (Some salad dressing was "bland".) One in the group had "dietary" issues and had some problems with the way the order arrived. We love it here! We haven't been in a while but we were ready four our sandwiches and salads! We came around 2pm for lunch and were quickly seated outside. Our waitress was quick to get us waters and take our orders. Our food came out very fast and was delicious as always. So filling and just what we needed. I got the cranberry turkey sandwich with a garden salad and the poppyseed vinaigrette dressing. I love the walnuts in the cream cheese for the crunch and love the amount of cranberries it! This place never disappoints. The food and ambiance is always great. Maybe the only downside was one visit, we were there right at 8:00 AM and the front gate was still locked. I had to call the business line to let them know there were people out front waiting for the gate to open (it was 8:05 I think?) That was a 1-time incident though, as I normally got for lunch, not breakfast. I was in the area with a friend though and she wanted coffee and a pastry, so we popped over. I think I have loved every item I have ever tried here. Food is so good, service is warm and friendly. It's a favorite "go-to" for my family, and a reliable place to bring out-of-town guests both for the food and browsing the store and outdoor items afterwards. read more

The food was good like always Service was good until leaving a $10 tip on a $116 order due to another $20 was going to be left in cash. Before leaving the table, waitress came back asking for more money due to her failure of charging for coffee. Her attitude was totally different than earlier. She assumed she was only getting a a10% tip when she was getting approximately 25% tip. No I did not leave the $20 because of her bad attitude. The last couple times I have been here the food has been subpar. It is a cute spot in pottery world though. The last time we went to food was just okay, service bad. We got lukewarm coffee, soda with barely any ice in it so it was lukewarm also, waited forever for the check and refills and service. Waitress did seem sick. Chicken pot pie soup - thick, cold and inedible. BLT sandwich - so thick it is impossible to eat but still good. Veggie soup - must have been progresso from a can. Visited Pottery World Cafe on a mid-November Saturday morning because we heard about it on Yelp. Was pleasantly surprised as this place not only offers a cozy atmosphere in a French-inspired cafe, but this cafe is also attached to Pottery World home decor area. The Pottery World store is fun so when my mom suggested that we go to the cafe there for my birthday lunch, I was excited to try it. We went on Sunday, Sept 10. We ate outside on the patio which I really liked. It wasn't crowded and was nicely shaded with large umbrellas. The service was friendly and efficient. Everyone ordered sandwiches with side salads. I had Ann's Vegetarian sandwich with a spinach side salad. Everything was fresh and hearty. The bread was so good, it didn't get soggy and the Siracha mayonnaise gave my sandwich a nice little kick. I enjoyed the spinach salad with blue cheese, nuts, and dried cranberries just as much as the sandwich. I also received a complimentary dessert for my birthday, a warm fruit tart with whipped cream. It was really good, too. Based on this experience, I will definitely be back. I recommend this restaurant to other Yelpers. We have been wanting to try this place for a while. We just walked right in and were seated within 15-20 minutes. The place is a tad dark but it's definitely pretty nice. The outdoor seating is also a nice option. Our service was prompt and not lacking at all, even though they were busy. On to the food.......we all had breakfast/brunch items since it was a little later in the afternoon. Some of the food appeared to have been sitting as if it wasn't fresh. Nevertheless, the food was tasty and fulfilled our cravings. The prices are not the greatest but the food is pretty good. We would go back and try some other menu items, but we need to try some other places in the area to compare. read more

What an exquisite cafe. It's so good, I have brought my parents, sisters, friends, and my soul-daughters! My husband and I loved everything about our visit at PWC! We intended to go for Sunday brunch, but I didn't realize they only served breakfast til 11am. So we readjusted our taste buds for lunch and ordered sandwiches, soup, and salad. I had the salmon sandwich (~$21) and a garden salad as my side, while hubby got the pastrami (~$18) on rye and the chicken tortilla soup for his side. Good portions. The kitchen is putting some love into their food! The grilled salmon was a thick cut and layered with julienned veggies. Produce is fresh. I've never been more impressed with a garden side salad before! The honey mustard vinagrette was to die for, and the thinly sliced radishes were a nice addition. The pastrami sandwich was delicious and the soup tasted homemade. This is the quality of food I expect at a posh Napa winery or bistro, not inside a pottery store! But then again, PWC is more than your average pottery store. So while you're (most likely) waiting for a table, you can peruse the beautiful show rooms inside or explore the patio furnishings outside. The Cafe is lovely, inside and on the patio. Service was all-around friendly and helpful. When we left, there was also live entertainment outdoors. Service, food, and ambiance was a well-deserved 5 stars! Came here but did not stay. Very limited menu and only thing that halfway caught my attention they were out of. I want to mention that this place isn't very disabled friendly. It's quite a hike to get to the café and there are only outhouse and trailer style restrooms, which do not work for people like my mom who are on a walker. read more

We arrived at 11:55 on a Monday. There was a 15 min wait to be seated outside. We chose to shop and wait. They have the cutest clothes and other items in the store. The outdoor seating area is very nice sitting looking at all the nice outdoor furniture and working fountains. My mom ordered the veggie grilled cheese sandwich with the minestrone soup and I ordered the Thai salad, which I have had multiple times before. My mom loved her minestrone soup! She complimented it many times. The sandwich was very good, as well. The Thai salad is always good and this time did not disappoint. Their lettuce is always nice and fresh and the rice noodles are always fresh and crunchy. I also ordered a hot tea. I chose the green tea which had absolutely no flavor and never changed my water color even though the water was nice and hot. Since they will give you two tea bags I opted for the chai tea bag the second time and it was delicious and very flavorful. The stars are essentially for the ambiance. This cafe is tucked away in a luxury home furnishing store so while waiting for a table there is ample inventory to browse at. This includes many outdoor pieces aside from the namesake (including fountains, garden decorations, etc). The food however was subpar. The menu was limited and I felt the food was very bland. I got a 1/2 soup and salad combo. While the portions were large, the flavors were very bland. They probably wouldn't come back for the food alone. read more

Have visited here many times - I prefer dining outside when it's not over 100 degrees out! Inside is also very classy and has plenty of seating. My friend and I were seated right away which was surprising on a Sunday morning. We both ordered the eggs benedict and shared a raspberry white chocolate scone. The scone tasted homemade and was served warm with butter and jam. The service was excellent, they did ask us (politely) to move along after 1.5 hours which is reasonable as they are busy and trying to get customers in. The eggs were perfectly cooked, but the potatoes left something to be desired, they were undercooked, ditto the muffins which were very thick and barely toasted plus there was way too much ham which didn't taste that great either. Part of my birthday weekend with non-stop eating, drinking, and pampering. For brunch checked out the Pottery World Cafe, I really enjoyed the scenery and overall experience here. Upon walking into the cafe, there were windows with massive desserts on display which all looked amazing. My cousin and I split the Club Sandwich which was bigger than my face it appeared. How do we eat this, nonetheless it was delicious. In addition went with the dill potato salad and a tomato bisque soup. We were both bummed as breakfast was not an all day option (it was around noon or 1:00 p.m.) but enjoyed the beautiful flower presentation of the mimosa. I stated when I sat down I feel like a housewife of Beverly Hills haha...but we had a great time and our server was very speedy and attentive. I would love to come sit outside during the warmer weather or even during the holidays to see how decked out it is.
