Florentine eggs benedict. Chorizo eggs benedict (above).

The Mimosa House is one of my favorite brunch spots. I've been to a few of their locations, but this was my first time at the Granite Bay one. The service was excellent, just like I've experienced at their other locations. We went on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and sat outside. The outdoor seating was cushioned and pretty comfortable. We shared a bottle for mimosas and I thought the price was a good deal! I ordered a Florentine eggs benedict with hash browns and it was really good. I especially appreciated that the staff never rushed us. We ended up chatting for hours and didn't even realize they had closed. Thank you for a great brunch day with the girls!

Best breakfast spot! The ambiance is so beautiful, fun classy! I enjoyed a vanilla latte, vegan hash, strawberry banana crepe and perfectly cooked hash browns. Natalie was beyond amazing! So friendly and attentive. She really helped to make the whole experience so joyous! Thank you!

I was warmly greeted immediately upon entering at 8:45am. I was the only guest there. Several more people arrived later. The interior is pretty much what you'd expect from a breakfast place in a strip mall. I had a cappuccino with extra foam which was very tasty. I ordered the Shorty Benny. The eggs were poached perfectly with a runny yolk. The braised short rib was plentiful. It could have used a tad more seasoning, but it was good. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. It wasn't the best Benedict I've had, but it was made well and tasted good. My server, Meagan, is the reason for the 5 stars. She was attentive, prompt, and polite. Basically a joy to have as a server.

Had a wonderful meal at the mimosa house with family. My mom and I shared the crab Benedict. It was divine. My husband got the bayou burrito and also really enjoyed his meal. The burrito was huge! Service was amazing as always. We were originally sat inside, but they happily moved us outside when we requested. Ambiance is also wonderful. I love the black and white decor in these buildings. I definitely recommend stopping by this new location. It's just as amazing as their other locations!

The service was great, they were super nice and the food came in super quick. The food was amazing.

We're quickly becoming regulars here. I've never ordered the same thing twice and am always happy. There are classic dishes and some unique items. Service is pretty fast too. You need to look for it because it's tucked around the corner. But it's worth the search.

Highly anticipated breakfast spot just opened this week. First time at any Mimosa House. It's good, not amazing, but good. The Oreo toasties were amazing! So light and flavorful. Great to share. My classic benedict was a 3/5. Not bad, nothing memorable. Same was the huevos rancheros. They came out slightly cold. Kids liked their French toast with Nutella and the bacon was good. The Mickey Mouse pancake was large and shareable. The service was good, especially for a new restaurant. The servers were attentive. The decor is cute and everything is clean which is a big plus. The chandeliers are cute and there are outside seating options as well.

First time coming here. The place is nice and clean. Service was excellent. Very friendly staff. Food was delicious. The egg white omelette is so flavorful not just bland. Lots of veggies in it. The extra crispy hash browns is so good. My husband had the French toast and it was soft and delicious. Their fresh squeezed grapefruit juice is so refreshing. Overall it was good breakfast.

A great place for brunch. We came around 1PM, and had breakfast and of course, mimosas. A good menu. Plenty of mimosa selections. The food was good. Scramble, omelet, and chicken fried steak. Service was good. No issues. I will be back. The entrance is a bit odd as you have to walk past the restaurant to get to it.

Let's talk about Mimosa House!…read more From beginning to end, the experience was wonderful. Ryan, our server, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and had the perfect personality for the atmosphere. Great service can truly elevate a dining experience, and Ryan did exactly that. The food was delicious. I ordered the fish and chips, and the fish was exceptional. The batter was light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned--honestly, I enjoyed it even more than traditional beer-battered fish. The fish itself was flaky and cooked just right. As for the fries, I'm personally a steak-fry enthusiast, so shoestring fries aren't usually my favorite. It would have been nice to have an option to choose between fry styles, but that's me. I also ordered a chocolate martini, which was absolutely delicious. The owner personally prepared it, and it was rich, smooth, and hit the spot . Between the cute ambiance, excellent service, and tasty food, Mimosa House made for a great dining experience. We'll definitely be back!

We were visiting family in Folsom and reservations were made for a Thursday morning. It was…read moreuncharacteristically busy, but it was during graduation season so pretty much expected. Still had to wait 30 minutes even with a reservation. The restaurant is very large and split into sections. We were seated at a tall table with tall chairs in the bar area. Not very comfortable if you plan to stay a bit and talk or enjoy your meal. The atmosphere was noisy and the more alcohol served, the louder it became. I'm not a morning drinker (don't drink at all anymore actually) but the sparkling wine and champagne menu was very impressive. Lots of choices and ways to flavor your beverage if you like it fruity. Mimosa House is the name of the place afterall and they offer about 30 different flavors. The menu is HUGE. An actual book of pages and pages of breakfast & brunch items. I must have changed my mind 100 times while trying to decide whether to have breakfast or lunch. Our waiter was nice enough and must have thought we were all OK enough for him to drop a few F-bombs while tending to our table. I wasn't offended but a few at our table commented on it. Everyone at our table chose breakfast items, from strawberry French toast to chorizo skillets. I was the odd one and had the Mimosa House Club ($22): It had the third layer of bread which no one takes time with anymore but the "house spread," a cream cheese layer they add was just not right. Lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese, avocado, bacon, sliced turkey, & shaved ham were good on the grilled sourdough but I wouldn't order again unless the cream cheese was removed. It was served with fries but I subbed a bowl of fresh fruit. Lots of vegetarian options and even the Kid's menu was decent. Some gluten-free options too. Parking can be hard. All street with nothing directly out front and handicapped spots nearby is sparse. No stairs or steps inside or outside but it is tight and cramped inside the restaurant. They have nice patio seating and I might have chosen that if I were the one making the reservation. Overall a nice place for breakfast & drinks.

We arrived around 7 p.m. and the restaurant was busy, with a special event taking place on the patio, but there was still plenty of seating available and we were quickly seated near the bar. My bestie and I were tired, hungry and thirsty. We started with drinks and took advantage of happy hour. The Cadillac Margarita was outstanding, served in a large cocktail glass with a mini bottle of Cointreau perched on top for the perfect finishing touch. My friend ordered a virgin lavender drink, which was refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. For appetizers, we ordered the shrimp quesadillas, and they ended up being one of our favorite dishes of the evening. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the chipotle adobo sauce added just the right amount of smoky flavor and spice. For my entrée, I chose the Chile Relleno, which came with rice and refried beans. While it was good, it wasn't my favorite chile relleno compared to others I've tried. The real star of the meal was the seafood molcajete. Loaded with shrimp, meat, cheese, and a bubbling hot salsa, it arrived sizzling at the table and was incredibly flavorful. Served with warm tortillas and extra salsa, it was hearty, filling, and perfect for sharing. We finished with the churros for dessert. They were crispy on the outside, hot and soft on the inside, and paired perfectly with the rich cajeta dipping sauce. Throughout the evening, the service was exceptional. Both the bartender and our waiter were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell this is a family-run business that takes pride in its hospitality, food, and drinks. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with classic Mexican-inspired décor throughout the restaurant. The bar is lined with an impressive display of tequila bottles, and the space is filled with decorative touches that celebrate Mexican culture and traditions. It feels lively and authentic without being overdone, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day on the lake. If you're in the Folsom area and looking for great Mexican food, excellent cocktails, and warm service, Mexquite is definitely worth a visit. We'll be back.

That's certainly not a bad thing, that's a good problem to have. That means that you are doing good things on keeping your Customers coming back. After dropping my wife off and me going to park, I finally walked in and let me tell you the atmosphere of the place and the ambiance was completely beautiful. Very nice decorations and I loved the lighting in the restaurant as well. After a period of time our Waitress Veronica came over and started talking to us about Chips & Salsa. I asked about the Chips & Salsa price of $3.99 as previously mentioned by other reviewers and she said that when you order Salsa or Guacamole it automatically comes with Chips. So I ordered the Molcajete Guacamole because it was the bigger one and when it arrived, my words were "Oh My!" it was very big. Not knowing the price because it wasnt on the Menu it came with a price of $12.99. It was a 3 Big Mounds of Guacamole and if I knew that it was that price, I certainly wouldnt have ordered that. We ordered our drinks and Veronica came back with those and then we ordered our food. I ordered the Pollo En Crema and my wife ordered the Pick 2 which she chose the Chille Relleno and the Chimichanga. After about 7 to 8 minutes our food came out and let me tell you, my Pollo En Crema was hot and so was my Tortillas. I ordered Corn & a mixture of Flour Tortillas to eat with my food. When my wife began eating her food, she said that it was spicy which let me tell you, she doesnt do spice but I dont mind it, occasionally. So I removed the Chille Poblano from underneath her food and it helped lighten up the spiciness just a little bit. She then ordered a Pineapple Margarita and when it came let me tell you that we were very disappointed in its size. It came in a little Old Fashioned or maybe you might know the term Lowball Glass. After eating our food, let me tell you when I asked my wife about the quality and taste of her food on a scale from 1 to 5 she gave it a 2.5 and while I enjoyed my food it was on a scale of a 4. We appreciate the service that Veronica provided, we feel like she did her best. While this wasnt really our favorite experience, the thing that might get us to return would be the Breakfast options.
