My biggest compliment to this place though is that they serve a great coffee while being a full breakfast restaurant. I usually find places with great coffee and some small bites or full breakfasts and meh coffee so Mimosa House having both a bomb cappuccino and a great breakfast is awesome! The breakfast was really yummy, my only critique on the food would be that the pork was bland so I wouldn't choose to pay extra to add it next time. The wait for the food was also a bit much considering 1/5th of the place was full and we waited an hour from sitting down to getting food. We weren't mad because the service was great and kept us updated but I would be a bit concerned to come if it was any busier. read more

Full service sitdown restaurant in the Raleys anchored center. It's in the elbow of the center. Indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. Friendly, but extremely slow service. Only knock I have on the place - would be been five stars otherwise. Luckily I didn't have a place to be afterward, so it wasn't the end of the world, but it was so so so slow. They have a killer deal during the week. I was able to get a drink, side, and entree for $17 as of June 2026. Cupid mimosa (strawberry lemonade), fries, and cheeseburger. All delicious! Mimosa House on Douglas Blvd in Roseville has consistently been one of my favorite breakfast and brunch spots. I've never had a bad experience here. The customer service is always excellent, staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcomed every time you walk in. The restaurant is also well-run, even during busy weekend hours. As for the food, everything I've tried has been on point. The portions are solid, the presentation is great, and the quality has been consistent across multiple visits. It's one of those places where you can try something new or stick with a favorite and still leave satisfied. Overall, it's a reliable go-to spot for a great brunch experience in Roseville. Chilaquiles, French toast, kid pancakes, scramble, omelet. Basic shit. IHOP would've had it on the table before our waters were empty. Took over an hour. Either the waitress never put the order in or the kitchen lost the ticket and hoped we'd just leave. We had to chase them. Food came out in random pieces. French toast showed up last like it had been stuck in a the Swamp of Sadness instead of Atreyu's horse - Artax Food was fine. Everything else was a joke. Watched other tables walk out. Heard a waitress tell someone never to come back. Listened to the girl at the bar brag about taking the place over last month. Almost told her to give it back before she finishes running it into the ground. Had to ask for the check. When they asked if we needed anything else I nearly requested the lunch menu so it might arrive by dinner. Never coming back. Not sure about the other locations either. read more

The Mimosa House is one of my favorite brunch spots. I've been to a few of their locations, but this was my first time at the Granite Bay one. The service was excellent, just like I've experienced at their other locations. We went on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and sat outside. The outdoor seating was cushioned and pretty comfortable. We shared a bottle for mimosas and I thought the price was a good deal! I ordered a Florentine eggs benedict with hash browns and it was really good. A family member invited me to brunch and I couldn't resist. When they suggested The Mimosa House I said, "Great!" I believed that I had tried the Sacramento location once years ago but i wasn't quite sure. This location is small and quaint. The staff was working their behinds off because they didn't have a host or hostess at the door that morning. Nonetheless, the service was absolutely fantastic. They have the most unique selection of mimosas I've ever seen on a menu. There is definitely something for everyone. I ordered the New Orleans omelette. I think it was one of the BEST omelettes I've EVER had. The potatoes (hash browns) were cold in the middle. But, I wasn't suppose to be eating potatoes anyway. I chalked it up to them being understaffed and yet still doing an EXCELLENT job in getting the food to us ASAP. Had a wonderful meal at the mimosa house with family. My mom and I shared the crab Benedict. It was divine. My husband got the bayou burrito and also really enjoyed his meal. The burrito was huge! Service was amazing as always. We were originally sat inside, but they happily moved us outside when we requested. Ambiance is also wonderful. I love the black and white decor in these buildings. I had a very uncomfortable experience at this restaurant because of one of the owners Devin. During my visit, Devin behaved in a way that I felt was sexually inappropriate and unprofessional. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Ever since management has changed recently things have gone down hill. I overheard him talking very poorly and inappropriately to other female employees, it made me and the people at my table extremely uncomfortable and no employee should ever be spoken to that way. No customer should have to deal with this kind of behavior while simply trying to enjoy a meal. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates what happened, and addresses it appropriately. If this issue is ignored, I will be sharing my experience with the appropriate parties and leaving honest reviews so others are aware of what happened. read more

I was warmly greeted immediately upon entering at 8:45am. I was the only guest there. Several more people arrived later. The interior is pretty much what you'd expect from a breakfast place in a strip mall. I had a cappuccino with extra foam which was very tasty. I ordered the Shorty Benny. The eggs were poached perfectly with a runny yolk. The braised short rib was plentiful. It could have used a tad more seasoning, but it was good. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. It wasn't the best Benedict I've had, but it was made well and tasted good. My server, Meagan, is the reason for the 5 stars. Highly anticipated breakfast spot just opened this week. First time at any Mimosa House. It's good, not amazing, but good. The Oreo toasties were amazing! So light and flavorful. Great to share. My classic benedict was a 3/5. Not bad, nothing memorable. Same was the huevos rancheros. They came out slightly cold. Kids liked their French toast with Nutella and the bacon was good. We stopped here for a nice Sunday morning brunch after the July 4th holiday. The inside is bright and spacious, and we ended up sitting outside on the back patio. It was beautiful and peaceful.
