Pouch Self Storage has friendly staff and a great facility, but there are some nagging issues that prevent this from being a 5-star location. When I checked in for the first time, the staff were concerned that my items would not fit in the unit I had selected. They let me try putting some of my furniture into the unit to make sure it would fit before making me sign a contract. That is quality customer service. Pros: *Facility is in excellent condition *Staff are very friendly and helpful *Good security Cons: *The dimensions they give for their units are exaggerated. A 5' x 7' storage unit is closer to 4'9" x 6'9" *The rental agreement is terrible. You are NOT ALLOWED to store art, collectibles, heirlooms, or objects with sentimental value in the facility. You are not allowed to store more than $5000 worth of property without written permission *The rental agreement states at least 3 times that the owner is not responsible for any damage to or loss of your property due to negligence by the staff *It's very difficult to maneuver their dollies through the narrow corridors and doorways. I had trouble not banging into the walls around every turn *Hallways aren't wide enough to accommodate two dollies, meaning you can't go around people *When we first arrived, we had trouble entering one of the hallways because another customer had their unit open and it blocked the hallway door from opening read more

This was the easiest move I have ever made to store my things. They brought their truck to my location. We loaded it and he drove it to the storage property. So easy. Tulsi, Randi and Amber deserve a great review. They are very professional and attentive. I was amazed at how clean the place is. I am going to bring my shredding there too. The facility is clean, the carts are readily available, & there were a couple of benefits I wasn't even aware of from the website. Great place to if your in need of storage . Great service Tulsi and Amber were a big help in helping with pricing and unit size . Make sure you use the online coupon for $20 free of moving supplies and if you local in the area they have their own truck , you have go load and unload the truck but it is convient to not have to book your own truck. read more

I've been a customer of Pouch Self Storage in Tustin for many years and have always been extremely satisfied, but a recent experience put them over the top of the ratings scale for me. I was retrieving a couple of very expensive suitcases, got involved in a discussion in the office, had a senior moment and went home, leaving the luggage in the lift. My error didn't dawn on me until after office hours. The next day I called 2 minutes after opening. Between Amber and Tulsi, they managed to track down and tactfully retrieve my items with a minimum of upset. If a sixth star were an option, Pouch would get it for going over and above even their customary good service. read more

Tustin self storage is in a league of their own. I've used several different companies throughout the years, some for personal use and some for business, but i haven't met such genuine, kind, helpful and HONEST MANAGERS at any other company. From the very thorough lease and move in, where everything is on the table (no hidden fees), a free lock up to use for the length of your stay, a warm greeting from Amber or Tulsi, and don't forget to ask them for a cup of water if you are working and building up a sweat... They will always be more than happy to get you one... Seriously! their hours are a bit shorter in the evening for security reasons, but still work well for me! If you actually care about your property and not just looking for somewhere to dump it than Pouch Tustin Self Storage is where you need to store. Don't even bother with those other places... They may get you in with some promises of fairy tale stories (short lived) once you rent here.. You'll never look at another storage facility the same again. read more

First and foremost, the facility is clean and secure. Plenty of push carts available and three open garage bays for you to load/unload. But the best part of this place is the employees. Well, Varinder and Randy specifically. They both have a great sense of humor and are very friendly. If you need storage in this area go with these guys. Cheaper than most and cheaper still if you take advantage of referral bonuses. Oh and they have a free truck the you can take advantage of. Just make the appointment a week or so in advance. My family and I have been customers here on and off ever since I was a child, and its the only storage I've ever used.I trust this location, so why try anywhere else? The staff is very nice and the location is in a safe, secure neighborhood. I have recently parted ways with their services because I've moved into a house and no longer need the space, but I would recommend anyone to try this location for your storage needs, and I will be returning here if I ever get overloaded with stuff again. read more
