I've been a customer of Pouch Self Storage in Tustin for many years and have always been extremely satisfied, but a recent experience put them over the top of the ratings scale for me. I was retrieving a couple of very expensive suitcases, got involved in a discussion in the office, had a senior moment and went home, leaving the luggage in the lift. My error didn't dawn on me until after office hours. The next day I called 2 minutes after opening. Between Amber and Tulsi, they managed to track down and tactfully retrieve my items with a minimum of upset. If a sixth star were an option, Pouch would get it for going over and above even their customary good service. read more

Tustin self storage is in a league of their own. I've used several different companies throughout the years, some for personal use and some for business, but i haven't met such genuine, kind, helpful and HONEST MANAGERS at any other company. From the very thorough lease and move in, where everything is on the table (no hidden fees), a free lock up to use for the length of your stay, a warm greeting from Amber or Tulsi, and don't forget to ask them for a cup of water if you are working and building up a sweat... They will always be more than happy to get you one... Seriously! their hours are a bit shorter in the evening for security reasons, but still work well for me! If you actually care about your property and not just looking for somewhere to dump it than Pouch Tustin Self Storage is where you need to store. Don't even bother with those other places... They may get you in with some promises of fairy tale stories (short lived) once you rent here.. You'll never look at another storage facility the same again. read more

First and foremost, the facility is clean and secure. Plenty of push carts available and three open garage bays for you to load/unload. But the best part of this place is the employees. Well, Varinder and Randy specifically. They both have a great sense of humor and are very friendly. If you need storage in this area go with these guys. Cheaper than most and cheaper still if you take advantage of referral bonuses. Oh and they have a free truck the you can take advantage of. Just make the appointment a week or so in advance. The staff is very nice and the location is in a safe, secure neighborhood. Every single visit was pleasant, every staff member professional, helpful, and in a good mood (seriously!), and moving out couldn't have been easier or less complicated by red tape. Something very right is going on from a management perspective. Floors have just been re-surfaced, access is easy, lighting is reliable, hours are convenient, halls are wide... this place does the job, at reasonable rates. Today I had a great experience with the Pouch Self Storage location in Tustin. I had several boxes of documents to shred. You just place the documents in these locked bins. No one at the Pouch office has the key. After the bins get full, someone from Pouch calls the Shredder company. Then that company comes to shred all the documents in all the bins. It is very economical and saves a lot of time not having to shred all my own documents. After the documents are shredded, they mail you a report saying the job was done. A reputable company shreds the items on-site. Randy was the employee at Pouch that helped me. He was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Pouch Self Storage in Tustin. read more
