I've used a few self storages in my day. This is the best one I've used so far! The staff is super friendly, and the prices are better than any others I've used. The units are very clean. My only problem is that some of the corners are a little tight, to turn onto an aisle. So if you have a long piece of furniture, it can be a bit of a tight turn, but I did get my furniture through! A follow up email with the interested unit size and price will be sent. Your personal information is required in renting a unit and additional people to have access to your unit. . __ A code is needed upon arriving . / | and leaving the storage facility. . } | Once you write your name on the . { | check-in/out sheet and enter . } | your verified code, then you are . { | handed their storage unit key. . / \ You can add your own lock to the ./ \ unit but theirs is mandatory. ( O ) . ' ----' There is an option to pay your monthly fee (which is the same date of signing up) at an outdoor payment machine or with the office during business hours. They do offer a discount if you pay 6 months in full. Upon notice of vacating, last month's rent must be in cash. Every one of the staff is professional and friendly. If you make a mess, you may ask them for a broom. Their very own moving truck is available upon request; you must provide the driver. Please be sure to always completely close the lift (elevator) doors. Plenty of long carts are available to transport your belongings from your vehicle to the unit; cart handles are removable, too. The hallways are only wide enough for one cart at a time but there are other possible hallways if your normal route is blocked. No food or drink in the building. If it's a hot day, be prepared that you'll be sweating. Bring your own flashlight or portable light source for your unit if the hallway lights are not enough; Daiso Japan a couple blocks away sells portable LED lights for $1.50. The units have very high ceilings so you can store a lot more. Refer a friend and receive a referral fee. read more

Very good service! Staff is very friend and eager to help you with any of your storage needs. I recently graduated from college and chose to store my belongings at this storage facility. I really enjoyed their month to month contract, because I could have my things in a safe place and not be locked in to a long term contract. Overall it was a nice experience and would recommend others to check them out for your storage needs. Facility was very clean and had a nice loading zone that was near freight elevators. Freight dolly's were readily available and helped making the most out of each trip from unit to vehicle. They provide a two lock system and an alarm for every unit. It is very secure and there are strict protocol required to get to the units. Con: Access to lockers are not 24/7. They have scheduled hours that you may access your materials and are closed on some holidays. If you are looking to store your items for periods at a time, then I do not see this as a problem. read more

They honored the coupon I downloaded from the website with no problems, and were very helpful in selecting an appropriate size storage unit (which turned out to be just right for my needs). I used to store at the Lake forest location until i moved to Santa Ana and lucky for me Tustin is right around the corner! I was happy to see that a few common faces were now at this location. At both locations ive always have had a great experience. They Put the edge out of storage.. (haha) but really the staff here has always been extremely helpful and friendly, and I've seen rotations of managers come through here all with that common denominator. I found this place very convient for me and the price is good .. I got helped by Tammy in the beginning she was with a customer it still acknowledge me ad ask if I give her a minute... She showed me the unit but it was smaller than I thought so I got the next size up and it was perfect.. I didn't have a lot but I wanted enough stuff in it just in case I want to put more in there later... Tula was the one that helped me do my paper work and did it sick so I can be able to move some stuff in before they closed .. I will be going here for awhile until I can move into my apartment and all my stuff will fit .. Great customer service read more

if i could give a zero i would. i have had a storage with these people for almost two years now. i fell on hardship lost my job had a major traumatic event in my life. just getting back on my feet. and now ok fixed limited income it's a bit of a challenge getting caught up on all my bills. needless to say i emailed facility this morning to inform i will be coming in to pay. it's a bit of challenge to do when your sick with 101 fever and have no one to drive you around. but i got it together and make my way down. i get in the door i have no voice to speak and greeted. she realizes i'm sick and backs up and tells me oh what are you here for? don't touch me i have a grand baby at home. like i wanna be there with a fever myself. i had 300 on my unemployment card. i ask well what do i pay thinking knowing my situation they might work with me. she process to tell me oh it has to be cash only and it's $430 all cash all due now. wow after two years. needless to say so what it only my life you can keep it. and maybe had you informed me could of saved me driving a hour with a fever this morning instead of the obvous that you will be there. super professional all the way around lets take her whole unemployment payment she dont need to eat or drive. what a joke you ruthless you think you would work with someone whos on a bit of down times and has 85% of the unknown amout new balance. just sell it thats all you want anyways kind awesome i should of never brought my life to this place. read more

I was so shocked at how easy the whole process went and how many discounts they gave me, they gave me the cheapest price I could get in the whole county even. Moving is terrible, but working with Pouch was a true delight! Staff is excellent, and friendly! Prices are very reasonable, with lots of options. Facility is swept clean, convenient, and peaceful. Free truck use when moving in! Our company used Pouch years ago but a new need has arisen so while searching on Yelp for the best option, I came across Pouch in Tustin again. Tammy was super patient and helpful in discerning the right unit for my needs and preferences. After previewing multiple units, she made sure I got the best available unit for at the right price. I was completely comforted during the strain of preparing for a move. Amber was also nearby and very helpful. When I came back finalize paperwork, everything was done swiftly; from various legal clauses to details of various services Pouch provides. She made me sure that the contract was clean, service was always going to be outstanding, and that my experience will be second to none. A man, whose name I sadly don't remember, was covering while others were out sick was very nice, attentive and accommodating when planning the truck use for me. The truck is driven by staff to a location of your choice. You get about an hour for you and family or friends to help you load the truck. The staff driver waits and drives it back to Pouch for you to unload. Staff are not allowed to help load or unload. Tulsi was the driver when I moved. He called before coming, showed up promptly, and parked where I needed. I loaded up quickly but he was patient reminding me that I have plenty of time, if needed. I took a look around and found quite a bit more to move. It was helpful to feel like there's no rush. It's been about 2 weeks since I started using Pouch and I am thoroughly pleased with my entire experience! I'm super glad Pouch is nearby and central in OC, with nothing but the best to serve up! I haven't rented a storage space in a long time so I was pleasantly surprised to come across Pouch Self Storage and their set up. I was used to the big layout and driving up to your storage unit. This Pouch self storage has a building with two stories of smaller units accessed by a loading area and an industrial elevator if needed for the second floor. We moved the major pieces of furniture from a two-bedroom apartment along with about six medium-sized boxes into an upstairs 10' x 10' unit without too much cramming. At first I thought it would be more trouble to access at an entry point but the beauty of it is that you're unloading under a roof and near air conditioning. We moved on a hot October afternoon but it was much more pleasant walking back and forth to our unit while out of the sun! Pouch has several loading carts and dollies at your disposal right at the unloading dock area, so the moving of boxes and bigger furniture is much easier on your back. The service is what made the rental worth it to me. I find in today's society, it's more the exception to the rule to find genuine friendly and helpful service. The Pouch staff of Varinder, Randy, and Steve (from their Long Beach location but helping out that day) helped us through the tour and paperwork over two visits. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable about their facility and services. I was helping my mother-in-law get her unit and they managed to make her very comfortable and confident in the security of the facility with patient explanations and a healthy dose of humor - that's good salesmanship to go along with the service. Varinder said he would make sure our unit was clean by the time we used it and it was. Pouch offered to us the use of their moving truck 1.5 hours for loading at our apartment and 1.5 hours for unloading at their facility. The truck came with a dolly and a flat dolly, along with a few blankets. Varinder followed us home and waited patiently while we loaded the truck, and then drove back the truck back. Someone else referred to the hours being limited but they worked for us. The hours are during the daytime and with a required sign-in and security cameras, there is very little chance of anyone being hassled while in the facility - just a bit more security for someone older and perhaps isolated while visiting his or her unit. The staff provides a key to the unit's lock and keeps the key after one is finished using the unit - that works for me since it means one less key on the key chain. I know this may be quite a bit of praise for just a storage unit but like I said before - good service is hard to find these days, and why limit social media to just complaints. The good guys need to get some props too! read more
