You order at the county before you sit down here, so be prepared with your order! The staff were very kind and open for feedback given how new this place is. My actual pancakes in my order were very average though, and this is why the four stars instead of five. It was too crunchy with no soft pillowy interior, and the flavor was not particularly outstanding. Everything else was tasty though. I'd come back and give this place another try.

New chicken and waffles spot in Fullerton. I live in placentia and have been wanting a chicken and waffles place since we don't have a Waffle House close by. I think Anaheim is the closest place. These were the best I've ever had. I hope they keep this as a normal menu item. Says limited time, but damn it's so good. Comes with two eggs too. Fresh real butter. The coffee is always strong and dark, not watered down. Thank you Brunch and beyond for coming to the area. if you live in Brea it's like a 5 minute drive also. It was so busy this morning which is a good sign. This place is a welcome addition to the area.

    Chilaquiles Divorciados with Ribeye

Brunch & Beyond has been open for a few weeks now and have been on my bookmarks since they opened. I finally had the chance to try them twice this past week. My first visit was on Sunday (4/12) at 9:30 AM to dine-in and my latest visit was this morning (4/17) at 7:30 AM for take-out. Here's what I've tried so far: **Chilaquiles Divorciados with Ribeye: This dish was the reason I wanted to try B&B. I was leaning towards getting salsa verde but the guy up front recommended that I order it divorciados which is salsa verde and salsa rojo. The salsa verde was great but I wasn't a big fan of the salsa rojo. The salsa rojo lacked flavor and spice but it was nothing tapatio couldn't fix. My gf who grew up in East LA agreed with me with the lack of depth with the salsa rojo. The chilaquiles itself was good and possibly one of the better ones in the Orange County area. The only other downside besides the salsa rojo lacking flavor include the chips being too crispy all the way through. The ribeye was prepared at a perfect medium rare and the presentation was spectacular. Loved the addition of the radish served on top. (4/5) **Classic Omelette with Ham: The omelette itself was good but it was boring since it lacked vegetables. There are other options for vegetables in the omelettes but not with their sausage. We both wished the hashhbrowns were crispier but it is what it is. Overall, great omelette. (4/5) **Sausage Breakfast Burrito: Solid, hefty breakfast burrito. Loved the pico inside which enhanced the flavor but the ratio of hashbrowns to everything else was too much. On top of there being a lot of hashbrowns, it was very salty. The salsa verde was chunky (just the way I like it) and very flavorful. I enjoyed the kick from the habanero salsa. (3.5/5) **Cinnamon Roll: I was initially disappointed by the size for the price you pay but it smelled so delicious on the ride home. It also doesn't look like there's enough icing on top but the overall flavor was really good. Not Polly's Pies level of greatness but still very solid. (4/5) **Iced Americano: Wanted to try an espresso based beverage since they have a full on espresso bar around the corner. It was prepared fairly quickly and was above par. (4/5) Once you enter on the right side of the restaurant, you order, pay, get your number, and get seated wherever you'd like. It's not full table service but everyone dining in was taken care of by all the front of house staff. Every single person we interacted with during our dine-in experience was great along with my to-go experience. The food is really good and the prices are very fair. The main thing that stands out about this place is their spectacular service. I will definitely be back in the near future to try more of their menu. This may be my new favorite local breakfast spot. See you again soon and welcome to Fullerton, Brunch & Beyond!

If you're in the Fullerton area or up for a quick drive, this spot is worth checking out. We ordered the Turbo Scrambler (great for those wanting a little bit of everything) for my husband, a waffle for little human #1, and chicken fingers for little human #2. Everyone was more than satisfied and nicely refueled after a morning workout. I went with the salsa roja chilaquiles. The salsa was flavorful with just enough kick, and the tortillas had that perfect crunch. Definitely coming back.

This is a great stop next to the college. We had the breakfast sandwiches and chilaquiles. We met the owner, who was welcoming and friendly. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Another sweet extra was the cute little drawings the barista drew on our cups. The only suggestion I would have is to have more of a "curb appeal." He just opened his place, so I'm sure he's getting to it. The food was really good, and I'm hoping he opens a San Diego location

Went to Brunch & Beyond the other day and had a really solid experience. I got the French toast combo and a latte -- both were really good, not overly sweet or heavy, just done right. My girl got the chilaquiles with steak and I ended up eating more of that than I planned... super flavorful and the steak was cooked perfect. Service was great too. Everyone was friendly, things came out quick, and it didn't feel rushed or anything. Just a really easy, enjoyable brunch. I'd definitely go back.

Super happy to have a high quality yet affordably priced brunch spot in the area! Vibe is fast casual and service is friendly and efficient. I have tried the Denver omelette, Morning Scramble, pancake combo, and chilaquiles with ribeye. Everything is amazing. The chilaquiles are their signature dish, in my opinion. I always get the red sauce but the green is bomb with a spicy kick. They also do authentic ceremonial matcha lattes and fresh squeezed orange juice which really makes them a stand out. Excited to come back and try their lunch dishes soon!

    Avocado egg toast

I recently tried brunch here and I'm still thinking about it. The chilaquiles are perfectly balanced with bold, authentic flavors, just the right amount of spice, and that homemade touch that makes every bite feel special. The service was super easy with ordering at the counter and a great selection of coffee in a laid-back atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

Don't skip the Greek omelette while brunching at Brunch and Beyond! So happy this place opened it will be a new regular spot for us. My husband had the chilaquiles which were delicious and we also shared the avocado toast which was super fresh. Casual inviting ambiance, I would highly recommend giving them a visit. Good service and great food.

I met a friend there to catch up & they let us sit there for a couple hours - We were aware & made sure no one needed our table though! The oddest thing happened... a guy came in, ordered & sat down. I can only guess that he just worked out cuz, as he was waiting for his food, he put his foot up on top of the backrest of a dining chair & proceeded to massage his leg with a massage gun. Then of course did the other leg. Oh and while doing so, he played music from his iPhone very loudly, to cover up background music playing in the restaurant. -- Is this what people are doing now?

It's very standard fare at standard pricing. It gets the job done if you're hungry. I was sad to see a piece of bacon in what was supposed to be a vegetarian selection. I didn't complain because they were busy, but I do wish they'd be more careful because it had me dissecting the rest of my omelette with insecurity about the contents. On the plus side, the fruit cups have more than just melon in them: pineapple, strawberry, orange and green melon, blueberries, and blackberries. Solid mix. It was strange to me that I had to ask for jelly to go with my sourdough toast. We also had to go up to the front where you order to get water refills. Again, none of this was major... just led to a really "meh" experience. Maybe they were just having an off day? We had to wait for a table. The food doesn't come out together, so the kids were a little antsy when my husband and I each had food but they didn't. There were no coloring sheets for kids so I had them drawing on napkins on the tables with pens that I just happened to have in my purse. Food was simple and fine but not anything special. Just not in a hurry to come back to this one.

They have a good selection of American food, and I ordered chicken risotto ($24) from the "favorites" section of the menu. Portion sizes here are good, and we were very full after dinner. Service here was basic, and we got everything we needed. Friday night is also a peak time at Downtown Fullerton, so it was hard to find parking spot. However, the ambience here was relaxed. While the chicken risotto was pricy, I enjoyed the mixed flavors and large portion size. The flavor came from the caper-parmesan beurre blanc sauce. It's a slightly creamy butter sauce with mild sweetness and added flavor from white wine. The capers added a very welcome tangy and savory seasoning to the sauce; they're one of my favorite garnishes. The flavors from the breaded chicken and risotto weren't too strong. However, I would've liked the dish more with if they put less parmesan because I enjoyed the flavor from the beurre blanc sauce the most.
