Burger temps aren't not based off opinion, they are based off temperature... they took the burger back and threw the same patty on the grill and gave it back to me. The dining room offers beautiful white linen covered in butchers paper, with the perfect level of lighting to see both the menu and the guests you are dining with. The dining room and porch are modern and clean. The menu items, created by Chef Noah Bender, are delicious! Hand cut steaks and Prime Rib are favs, but don't be afraid to try their pappardelle Bolognese or the fantastic fresh "sea to table" black cod or trout! It's dynamite! My burger and Parmesan fries were around $33, so this isn't your average burger joint. That said, the quality of the food helps justify the price.
