The perfect place to get breakfast sandwiches. I was very impressed with the variety of sandwiches they offer. I wanted to order a few of their lunch sandwiches, but at the time of my visit (10a). Lunch options were not available to me until 11a, but I will be back for those sandwiches. I did order two breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. If you're into coffee, there's many options you can choose from. You can also enjoy sitting in the huge dining area to enjoy your food/drink. Pastrami, egg and cheese- you get a choice of bagel, then comes a mount of pastrami, finished off with cheese and a fried egg. Loved everything about this sandwich The Manhattan- Again you have a choice of bagel. Fried egg, and cheese. This sandwich was good, and I really enjoyed the softness of the bagel.

Super friendly staff and amazing food. Perfect lunch spot after a long day of walking. Everything was so fresh and tasted homemade.

Me: I'll take a pastrami melt. Guy at cashier: ooooo that's a good one!!! We need more hypemen/hypewomen behind cashiers lol makes me confident that I'm ordering correctly! And he was right. The pastrami is made in house and it was super tender in the melt. Tasty and not too salty. Light airy-toasty sandwich bread. A bit too heavy-handed on the brown mustard though but not a dealbreaker. Kettle chips were a little cold but I still enjoyed their crispiness. Snappy pickle wedge. Altogether it was a pretty satisfying meal. Easily sharable for two not-super-hungry people! As for other things that I tried here, the everything bagel was overly-toasted tough and was rather thin. Chocolate chip cookie was scrumptiously chewy in the center and crispy on the edges. Iced coffee tasted standard. 4-ish stars for the food/drink but with such a lovely staff this place gets an overall 5.

A little gem in an otherwise kind of run-down, casino dominated part of town. Plenty of space inside for small groups, with relatively simple decor. They have a breakfast menu til 11am and a lunch menu after. Really solid sandwiches. My wife and I went halfsies on a reuben and a chicken salad sandwich. We got the best of both worlds: The reuben was crunchy and toasted whereas the chicken salad had much softer, chewier feel. Both were stuffed with meat, so nice and filling. Each came with a side of chips that seemed home-made. My toddler is really into soup so she tried a ham and kale minestrone type soup. It was a very heart bowl and made for a good kid meal (plus the chips she stole from me!). All in all a very nice lunch spot.

Reuben Lunch Sandwich with soup and house made chips

This is a little quaint eatery that has the painting of Tesla on the outside. It has a coffeehouse feel with the delicatessen taste. I picked the Reuben on Sourdough and the bowl of Turkey and bean soup. I was ecstatic that they offered Coke Zero in the bottle since many other local places only had Diet Coke. That being said, the Reuben sandwich was good, but not great. It came with home made chips that were cold and soggy. They kept them in a box on the front counter near a clear plexiglass barrier. The soup was in a very small cup and for $6.00 I would have hoped for a better sample. The flavor was ok, but nothing to rave about. Now the worst part, I'm not sure if anyone in food service nowadays understands the concept of food safety. I watched the lady that made my food, take out her cell phone multiple times with her food prep gloves on and go from the phone in the pocket to preparing food plates. The other younger girl did the same thing, but worse, she used the dish rag to clean tables and counter, grabbers her phone to check and then took bread from the shelf and place them in bags. They never changed their gloves and continued to prepare food as they switched from personal items and food items. I'm amazed I didn't get sick, This is the worse case of cross contamination seen in a while. I also believe the owner, a man, watched it all and then took the bread from the you girl and left the store. I won't be back and I hope they make changes to their food handling procedures. The gloves are for customers protection, not to keep the prepares hands clean.

Amazing local sandwich shop! Wonderful ambiance and energy. Service was helpful, accommodating, and competent! Definitely hope it's still here next time I visit Niagara! The food itself was excellent quality of ingredients, made to order with brisk service, and wonderful flavors without over complicating. In short, done right!

Pre-reheated thanksgiving meal for 2-$50. So much food, very flavorful!!!

Ordered another Thanksgiving pre-fix meal this year and it was just as delicious as I remember! It's a great value--tons of food for $50. It's really easy for when I fly in to Buffalo for American Thanksgiving but then go to Canada to be with family... but it's not Thanksgiving in Canada on the same day so we just take Thanksgiving across the boarder and have a lovely meal! Soon I'll move to Canada and will cook my own Thanksgiving meal but until then I'll happily support this local business and enjoy theirs!

We traveled to Niagara Falls with our little corgi and stopped by this restaurant to eat at 1 pm. The trip was long and our little corgi was a little stressed out and wouldn't eat her dog food. We knew that one thing she reliably eats is eggs. We asked the restaurant for some eggs. Despite the fact that it was past breakfast hour, they still kindly scrambled an egg for us and gave it to us for free. So our corgi baby had something to eat, and she was very happy and grateful.

No it's a dump. Shit show. Overpriced. Food is good. No atmosphere whatsoever. Very boring. IT SHOULD STAY CLOSED.

They were out of several items and the lettuce on our sandwich was bad and rotten. Won't come here again.

We went during a Monday afternoon, which was probably the best time since we were seeking a "family…read morefriendly" lunch spot. There were more than a few day drinkers hanging around the bar and patio, but no one seemed inebriated. To be honest, though, I probably wouldn't bring my kids here on a Friday or Saturday night. It was obvious we weren't locals and even more obvious we were there to eat (not drink), but I did not feel at all uncomfortable or out of place. Our server (a blond barkeep) was super duper nice. She was friendly, pleasant, and chatty. She definitely enhanced our visit! And the food was totally awesome! It was our first time having poutine and I'm not sure it was standard (it had shredded cheese instead of cheese curds) but it was delicious! Like really really really good. The burger was juicy and thick. The fries were totally yummy. Kid #1 said the chicken parm sandwich was good, and I thoroughly enjoyed my Philly cheesesteak. The prices were totally reasonable, too! Definitely a bargain considering the decent price for excellent food! For sure we'd visit Cool Hand Luke's again!

Reasonable prices, a lot better than those down on the tourist end of the strip. Extremely friendly…read moreand welcoming staff. Large portion sizes, that just happened to be delicious as well. They boast having the best wings in the city and after having them, I think they are probably right because they would be really hard to beat. P.s. The Jack Daniels bottle chandelier was awesome!
