Nina introduced herself as the owner and with a contagious smile told me to come check out her place for a two week trial. I went. I sweated and I even cried. I was hooked. The 60 minutes you will spend challenging your body in so many ways. I thought I was strong after going to another local gym for over three years and there are muscles I am finding that I did not ever use before. It is a entire body workout. Time is spent to stretch during the workout which is so important and often forgotten. One of my favorite parts is at the end during the cool down. It is solely focused on you. Your time and only you. Something that so many of us don't do for ourselves. The team motivates you and encourages you to take these 60 minutes and make it all about you. Go. Do it for you.
