My name is David and I had a terrible experience with this company. I was kept strung along for a year and a half I do not have one solar panel on my roof. It cost me probably $40,000. I was out now lied to about so many things that have come to light as a strong along month after month embarrassingly, the number is probably low. It's hard for me to look at the real facts of it all beyond the fact that I know I've been out and now played here. I even stuck up for these people when I heard some similar type of news in the very beginning of my experience with them because what they said was so believable, but it was all a lie. I would not trust this place. I would not recommend this place. I tell you right now the contractor hold no accountability without going all the way to the contractor state license board. I suggest if you've had a bad experience with these people that's exactly where you go and you write against their license. It's the only way it's gonna shut this person down from continuing to play people. I am a homeowner and Petaluma for the most part I'm disabled and so is my wife. And tell these people I've never written a review about anything I've never shared, especially as embarrassing as this is with anyone said something so embarrassing and taking advantage of, but they claim so much on the fact that they're local bashing all the big companies that by now I would've at least had solar, but it's all a bunch of smoke mirrors all they're trying to do is get your money. I imagine it's a fair amount of people they do legit business with, but I promise you that is not what has happened with me because I was too trusting because when the warning signs came up, I just ignored them and wanted to believe them and let us go on for about a year and a half. I'm so upset. It's hard to write very much right now. I'm trying to put it out there though and get it all together so I can really connect with people and understanding they do have a way of getting to you when you open the door to the idea of doing business with them.

They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. The team is nothing but helpful, and professional. They are community oriented and are always there to help when you have an electrical need. It's nice to have an Electrician that you can trust especially when it gets to be overwhelming not knowing what needs to be fixed. We heard about them from word of mouth, and those people are ABSOLUTELY correct. Thank you Bill and your team... and we will see you again soon!

First, I had a complicated schedule and they were very good about working it out with me. Second, the work they did was spot on. It was exactly as I had requested. The crew was polite, tidy, and very competent. Lastly, I had a small last minute addition. They were clear that they were booked solid and may not be able to do it in the allotted time. But they went out of their way to get the extra bit done. I don't know why anyone would hire another Electrician. If you're looking for one right now, do yourself a favor and book with B Henry's.

They upgraded our main service panel and did an incredible job of untangling the old rats' nest and neatly and carefully bringing in all of the wires to the new panel. There were some issues with the old wiring to correct, so it was not straightforward. They spent a lot of time making sure that everything looked neat and professional, and correctly labeled all of our circuits. Adam did an incredible job tidying up other cables near the panel and making sure that everything looked as professional as possible. Our style of home presented some unique challenges, so it was very reassuring to work with a team who was familiar with mid-century homes like Eichlers. Jason was able to develop a plan that met all of our needs and worked within the constraints of the home, which we really appreciated. The time that he spent planning ahead of the job paid off, as everything went very smoothly on the day of the panel upgrade so we had minimal power disruption. When we ran into a last minute scheduling issue because the city was no longer available on the inspection date, Jason was able to schedule us even sooner than planned to ensure that everything was ready for the inspector and PG&E the next day. We were so grateful and impressed that they were able to make everything work out on short notice. They did such a great job that we hired them again to install a Span subpanel in our garage. They were well trained and certified on the Span panel so they got it up and running smoothly. They did a beautiful job with the installation, with Adam focusing mostly on the panel and AJ laying 50 feet of conduit in a trench to get from the main service to the subpanel. It was a lot of work, but again the careful planning, knowledge, and expertise of the team helped everything go smoothly and very fast. We had multiple inspections through the course of this work and the feedback from the inspectors was all very positive. No need to make changes or corrections, they did everything right the first time. Every day the team showed up on time and did great work. Their pricing is competitive and they serve most of the bay area, so we have already recommended Anderholm Electric to friends and family. One great advantage to working with Jason is that he provides his estimate during the visit, so there is no need to wait around for several days as is common with other companies. I also like working with a smaller company so I knew exactly who would be coming to complete the work and the high quality of their references ahead of time. I have found larger companies to be hit or miss since you get a different person every time. Anderholm Electric does great work and we look forward to hiring them again for our next project. If you are looking for great electrical work, don't hesitate to reach out to them as you'll be in great hands!

Jason and his team were professional, communicative, and attentive throughout the entire project. They clearly explained the work, kept us informed along the way, and were always easy to reach. For a major project like knob and tube removal, we really appreciated how clean and careful they were in our home. The work areas were well protected, and everything was left neat at the end of each day. The work was done thoroughly and up to code, and the pricing was fair and affordable for the scope of the electrical upgrade. If you're looking for knob and tube replacement, electrical service upgrades, reliable electricians, and great customer service, I highly recommend Jason Anderholm Electric.

The original solar systems were installed years ago by SolarCraft and Ambrose. When it came time to add a backup battery in Napa, we chose SonoMarin first. That project went so smoothly that we later asked them to install a battery on our older, more complex Marin system as well. Despite the added complexity, they handled both installations efficiently and got everything up and running without drama. Ayelet in the office deserves special mention. She provides near-instant responses to texts and emails, keeps everything moving, and somehow manages to coordinate all the moving parts with ease. If you've ever dealt with solar projects, you know how valuable that is. She had seemingly infinite patience for my never-ending questions, handling them with professionalism and speed. She also helped me apply for relevant rebates and helped interface with the nightmare that is PG&E, making it all look easy. The whole team jumped through hoops to get the system in before the tax break expired. SonoMarin is a small company, localled owned and run by the same people I originally worked with at SolarCraft on our first install years ago, which really shows in the level of care and accountability. Avner and Nick have built a great company. Pricing was competitive--frankly, all three bids we received were in the same range--but the execution and communication set them apart. I would recommend SonoMarin without hesitation.

Rigo did a great job with the 3 things I had done: replacing an electrical panel, replacing 2 light fixtures, and installing a smoke alarm. He was on time, knowledgable, and efficient. I don't think it is necessarily the cheapest option around but with something like this, quality and experience matters and they did a great job and handle permits and such. They did exactly what I asked them to do and were responsive over email and able to ask the exact questions they needed which made things seamless. This is not necessarily a bad thing but they could have probably done some kind of "walk through" around the place and found some additional work for me. Upselling is obviously not always a great practice but in my case, there were some things that I wish I had done and I think they could have suggested them and left it up to me to say yes/no to during the initial inspection. For example my kitchen could definitely use at least 1 additional outlet, I should have probably replaced a 3rd light, and so on. I do respect that they don't try to take you on a ride but since it is probably efficient to do things all at once, may have been helpful to discuss (this was also my bad for not noticing these things before). Rigo did a bunch of smaller things that made a big difference too like taking out the packaging for the lights and the old ones as well as the old electrical panel, clearly labeling all the switches very neatly which was not well done before, answering my questions and explaining things in a way that I (someone with little knowledge about most of this stuff) would understand.

The project did take longer than initially expected due to delays outside of their control, but the quality of the work never wavered. From the beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They explained what needed to be done, why it mattered, and what to expect at each step, which made a potentially stressful process feel very manageable. Raushan, the project manager, was great to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was responsive, organized, and always made sure we were informed and comfortable with the plan. Alex, one of the technicians, worked incredibly hard during the rewire and clearly took pride in his work. Bek, another technician, truly went above and beyond - paying close attention to the details and making sure everything was done perfectly, not just "good enough." Beyond the rewire, they handled multiple additional electrical upgrades and fixes around the house, all done cleanly and correctly. What really stood out was trust. Having a crew in your home for a major electrical project isn't easy, but we always felt confident that they had our best interests in mind. No corner-cutting, no unnecessary upsells, just solid, high-quality work. The crew was respectful, showed up when they said they would, and stayed focused until the job was fully complete. I highly recommend Max Electric and would absolutely hire them again!
