    Tuna Salad Delight Sandwich

I feel really bad about giving this place a three star because the customer service is so phenomenal. And whoever's been reading my reviews over the years knows I am a stickler about Customer Service, and the menu here is very healthy, which is a good thing. However, for my personal taste, the food is very bland. And I mean VERY bland. But I understand there's a market for that, and many people in Central Florida seem to not like that much seasoning. So if this sounds like you, and you love healthy items on a very healthy menu, this is the place for you. So just ignore my stars. I personally have to rate according to seasoning level, so just take my star rating with a grain of salt and focus on the words.

    Power house salad is delicious!

So hard to find healthy delicious food and this was our favorite! Highly recommend the power house salad (Romain lettuce, tabbouleh, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, and chicken. Great warm service too! Thank you George!

I had an incredible experience at Power House Cafe last time I visited the Park Ave in Winter Park. I swung by for a quick bite, and was met with a new favorite spot in Orlando! The menu was extensive, filled with someone for every taste. I spoke with the owner as he prepared my food, and he was incredibly friendly and passionate about his business. Not only that, but the food was delicious and quick! I had the power house pita, and really enjoyed it. For anyone looking for an affordable and yummy bite to eat around the Park Ave area, I would HIGHLY recommend you check out power house cafe. I can't wait until I'm in the area again so that I can go back. This is also a great small, locally owned business to support and share in the Orlando community so make sure you bring your friends!

Nice little healthy eatery in the heart of winter park. They have Mediterranean food and smoothies.

Does the trick when you are craving a healthier bite to eat while hanging out on park ave. The park ave price tag still applies, so don't be surprised that your smoothie and a small wrap comes in at just under $13. The tabbouleh and hummus pita with sprouts was very light and tasty but definitely could have eaten about 2 or 3 of them to feel full lol The service was very friendly and welcoming.

I absolutely adore Power House. I have been eating here with my family since I was little and make sure I come in at least once while I am in town. It is always a good feeling to be remembered... it makes you feel at home. My go-tos are the vegetarian chili with cheese and the power house tuna sandwich. Everything is always fresh and delicious and the staff is always welcoming and kind. Love!

Prices have gone up and somehow portions have gotten smaller. It used to be a favorite lunch spot, not worth it anymore.

Get good kharma by drinking a Good Kharma smoothie. So yummy. Like a PB&J in a big Styrofoam cup.

    Outside dining for lunch?

Wouldn't call it "dining," but yes, they have some tiny tables and chairs outside that are fine for a max of 3 people.

We stopped here since it was one of the closest spots to the golf course, but I was pretty disappointed. The biggest issue is that it is not actually a bowl, it is served in a cup. It makes it really difficult to enjoy all the toppings together since you can only eat one layer at a time, which defeats the purpose. The granola portion was also lacking, and you do not get to choose the amount. The ingredients themselves tasted good, but the execution made the whole experience underwhelming. On top of that, there was only one employee running everything during a busy Sunday around noon. I felt bad for her, but it did slow things down a lot. We had to wait while she made multiple orders before even being able to place ours, with a line forming behind us. I understand if it was a slower weekday, but during a peak time it just did not seem set up for success. I honestly wish I had not brought our cousins here for their first acai experience.

Came to Oakberry excited to try something new. The aesthetics and ambiance in the restaurant are…read morevery nice with their wide windows and wood toned seating. The design inside is minimalist and is definitely a place you could easily sit and relax in. We got the Tiger bowl which is an acai bowl with granola, double strawberry, peanut butter and protein and decided to add bananas which in theory sounds delicious. It comes in a smoothie cup for some reason which makes the amount of toppings you get much less than when you get bowls in other stores and it's filled to the top which also sounds great but awful considering the "bowl" comes layered so if you want to try the layers together it gets messy quite quickly. Once we got to the protein layer, we quickly found out it was raw protein powder. Just a layer of protein powder in the middle of the "bowl" is insane and takes up quite a bit of the space so you're getting less of everything else for something that could easily have just been mixed in from the beginning. After getting to the protein powder layer, it quickly ruins the rest of the layers as the powder doesn't mix well and clumps up everything and makes it gritty and close to inedible. And all in all, the "bowl" came out to around $23 before tip. Whilst normally I'm understanding of places having bad days, open to trying other things even after having a poor experience once and some menu items just not being for me, I would personally never want to return.
