I really enjoy working out here because the workouts really make me feel accomplished afterwards. The trainers are extremely encouraging, positive and creative with the workouts. I do have to modify a lot in order to keep up and they are perfectly fine with that. They are like a close knit union but they welcome newbies with open arms. I've never felt so challenged in my life! I started bootcamp at the end of the season, Thanksgiving will be the last day and I'm already looking forward to starting back up after the weather breaks. The owner, Mike, and all the trainers are amazing. Ally trains my "girls that curl" team and she is attentive and thoughtful. I enjoy my workout and always feel exhausted when it's over. They also have an optional Saturday morning HIIT class that is always tough and a great workout. I plan on continuing to come to these classes for years to come.

I was using a 2 pound weight in my first class and it felt like it was 50 pounds. 65 year olds were next to me kicking my but. A year late I feel stronger, healthier, more confident and LOVE every single class they offer! Cannot recommend this studio enough. Every teacher is incredible and pushes you to succeed. I'm thankful to finally find a workout that I love and that makes me confident in my body!!! Covid update: they offer SO many live streamed classes every day and a variety of classes. They have over 20 racquetball courts that we use for wallyball. The courts are a bit dilapidated and the tiles are coming off, but still functional and reasonable for Saturday morning games. The place overall could use an update but that's not my place on how they use their fees from visitors. They have a lounge area in the center with couches, chairs and tables that work for pre-game meetups and some socializing after our games too. Upstairs they have the woman's locker and bathroom. The men's is on the first floor. The workout machines don't work, more for decoration. I think most people come here only to be play in the courts.

I grew up nearby and am in the area several times every year -- and I'm glad CFB will be my gym away from home when I'm there. Other boxes I've tried in the area were too macho, impersonal, or big, the kind of places where beginners might get lost in a class or trainers can't pay real attention to how people are doing physically demanding movements. I enjoyed working with Hillary, who was very attentive and gave me some very helpful feedback on my form, even though I was a drop-in client. The workout included a more intensive metcon than I'm used to, but it was fun! The other people in the class were friendly and welcomed me immediately, which I think is always a sign of a great gym culture.

The workout was very challenging, however, the instructors had many variations for the people who couldn't make it through the normal routine! After the workout was complete my whole body was sore (in a good way) and I felt like I had really gotten a good one! The facility is large and open, plenty of room for you to do what you need to do! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone, beginner to expert! Ask for Georgia she is the best instructor they have!!
