The price was less than what a local shop quoted me. I suggested that I thought additional work was needed to see if he'd take advantage of it to charge more. He didn't. He said it wasn't necessary and explained why. Loved the work ethic, honesty, communication, and professionalism. Then when they finally got the the battery they called and said they needed more money for a part they should have known was needed at the out set. Then they took my original charger in " exchange" for the one that came WITH the battery kit, gave no credit for it AND charged an additional amount for the battery that came in the kit.
