Going Back to GSXR…read more Eurosport Cycle is the classic wolf in sheep's clothing. They turn on the charm the moment you walk in -- all smiles, all "we'll take great care of you" -- but once your bike is out of sight, the care and professionalism vanish. After a routine service, I noticed new blemishes in my paint. When I asked how they clean the bikes, an associate casually told me they wipe every bike down with brake cleaner. Brake cleaner. On paint. On plastics. On machines people take pride in. That alone says everything about their standards -- and explains the fresh damage. While the bike is on the stand, observations of a Honda Gold Wing being worked on inches away, may be made; as if every motorcycle is just the same lump of metal. No separation, no caution, no respect for different machines or the hardware they require. And the deeper you look, the worse it gets. A technician at a reputable shop later discovered a mangled air filter -- crushed so badly debris could have passed straight into the engine. It was installed by Eurosport Cycle when they installed the exhaust, and the air filter had clearly been forced in and left that way. If it doesn't fit, just smash it in and have the owner deal with replacing the $250 air filter and engine issues, right? When issues surface, I was told that only the owner is allowed to address them -- but he never returns calls. Not once. Not ever. I was left chasing someone who has no intention of taking responsibility or turning a bad situation into a better one. Raise concerns and they're dismissed as "nit picking," as if expecting basic competence is unreasonable. New blemishes in the paint? Brake cleaner used on your bike? Hidden damage? Somehow, it's all considered "wear and tear." However, Eurosport Cycle is doing all the WEARING and the owner's pocketbook is doing all the TEARING. And honestly, what's the point in purchasing a high‑end machine if you can get better service and better care from a more common Japanese dealer? Eurosport Cycle services those too, but I wouldn't trust them with anything -- not even my Schwinn. Working with Eurosport Cycle feels like dealing with insurance: everything is great while you're paying, but the moment you actually need them to perform, the quality falls apart.

I can't stress enough just what fine people they are. I know things happen and you can't please everyone all the time but these people make every effort to listen and treat everybody fairly and make it right! I stand by that statement! One fact for me that is most important is when I buy a bike from this dealership is Tony and Martha Lewis come with it. That is paramount peace of mind to me.

It's been 25,000 miles and 15 months since I purchased my 2021 Yamaha FJR1300 from AMTC. For some reviews, you need time and miles. I bought the motorcycle for 2 reasons: first, to take a trip from my home town, Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Paducah, Kentucky to see the full solar eclipse. And more importantly, as a daily rider and motorcycle for instructing riders. (I'm an on-street motorcycle instructor.) My experience with the dealership may have set the tone for me love of my bike. I searched online, found the bike. Gorgeous, low miles, polished (with a "sure it got bent backing out" brake lever that they fully disclosed!) The price was 3k below book, and the bike was clean and clear. I interacted with Riley and Adam, when everything went through, and when I initially put my interest inquiry in. The process was quick, smooth. Overall it was a legitimate pleasure. A call, a couple e-faxes. A couple emails. The longest thing about the process was the TSA line for my flight to pick up my bike. I was in the dealership for around 10 minutes while they put my thermal gear plug on my bike and wheeled it out. Paperwork was done via fax and email in under 2 hours , from inquiry to "congratulations on your new purchase." If they have that R1 when I'm looking for it, or if I decide to get a Harley, I'll be back here without hesitation!

Also there was no barrel key with bike. I called them immediately and was told they would get one out to me ASAP. Well it's been 2 months and still no Barrel Key. Fuckin liars!! Then to top it off the lender they hooked me up with is a failure too. It's been over 2 months and still no paperwork sent to my state so I can get tags. My temp plates expire in a week. I tried to call and was put on hold until they closed fro the day..FAILURE...The lender was independent Dealer Services We love the bike but was stroked until they got their money, then they just lied over n over to us.. I will never recommend my Harley friends to these shisters... Buyer BEWARE

After finally speaking with someone, we agreed on an out-the-door price for the bikes. Later that same day when we came back to finalize everything, they suddenly changed the price and tried to charge more than what was originally agreed on. To make things worse, we were told the bikes would be fully built and ready when we returned, but when we got there they still weren't even prepared. After trying to calmly talk to the salesman about the situation and asking to speak with a manager, the salesman became extremely unprofessional, started cussing at us, and told us to leave the store. Completely unacceptable customer service and very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend doing business here if you expect honesty, professionalism, or respect.

My '21 Talon battery failed (after only 2 years) and I needed one for an upcoming trip in Arkansas…read more I decided I wanted to buy in person because there are apparently some counterfeit batteries on line. Power Sports in Burleson didn't have what I needed so later I called Freedom in FW and talked to Stacie. She told me that they didn't have one and they were on back order. After explaining my fairly immediate need of a battery she took my name and number and said that she would try to find one for me and would call me if successful. I didn't really expect a call back because I've never had a return call after being told something like that. In less than 10 minutes, Stacie called me back and had found what I needed in Arlington. Since I was driving, out of the metroplex, I told her that I would go get it the next day. She then said that she would call them back and have them put my name on it. Arlington was in the opposite direction of where I was headed but I could get there in 15 minutes so I decided to just go get the battery and be done with it. Sure enough, parts had a battery waiting for me. Thanks Stacie! Since I was driving I was not in a position to look up phone numbers, make calls etc. Good customer service is hard to find these days but Stacie came through for me. I hope someone up top sees this and tells her I said thank you once again.

I checked out the bike, I liked it. I said I was using personal financing through my credit union, that is NOT your choice to make for me, therefore, the following answer should have been "Okay not a problem" and it should have been left at that. You should not be begging me to use your credit application and lending services when I already told you what I was doing. Here's the worst part. Bill of sale shows $5200 as the base price. Now I understand taxes, title, registration etc. But for that price to be one $8000 from a LOAD of dealer fees is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. You tried to take advantage of someone young looking for their first bike. It cost you the sale. I'm not dumb and you won't be given the opportunity to treat me like I am for your financial gain, so you will not be getting my business. Do better. I've gladly got a deal setup elsewhere for the same bike.
