How am I supposed to trust a $40,000 Car to person to shows up? It says give me your car. I took a picture of a drivers license and add her my Car Keys I received a text about 1115 in the morning to take my car had arrived at the Shop 1230. No update 130. No update, so I called the Shop and they said it was in the key to be worked on. 230. No update. No response from the road to Shop. I caught an Uber to the Shop which had my expenses. $14.75. When I arrived at the Shop, there was five guys in the lobby. Just seen around. I think they were employees. And when I asked her about my car they gave me this. Oh shit look and he said oh, they're about to pull it in. The time was now three that day and they asked me if I wanted the Service after all. And I said hell. No it took you four hours not to do an oil change. That's upsurd . Give me my Keys. I fed a complaint on the road to app. I received your text and someone was gonna reach out to me. Today is Wednesday, February 11 and no one has ever reached out to me. I will never use a Service again. Worse Customer Service experience I've experienced ever, and I will badmouth this Company on social media to all my coworkers to all my acquaintance to everybody. Very very unprofessional for a business that trying to start up. By the way, you're $60 oil change out to have it done at Mr. Tire the next day for $49.95 Go figure!!!

Per my ask, WFA should have seen the pad was low and let me know. That's what I asked for and, Juan, would ALWAYS tell me; "This needs to be done now or you've still got some time." The new owners just say you can't predict what's going to happen. Sure, but break pads?!?? That should be obvious. Will no longer be bringing any of our cars to WFA. A dynasty has been lost.

And although not required, the staff loves my wifes "goodie" package as extra compensation for a job well done!

I came to the shop to diagnose an issue with my brakes (1) which was never resolved. Then (2) they left the car with a new issue, and refused to reimburse the cost of repairs. The folks are super nice over the phone. I was excited to finally try to locate a reliable shop that I could trust and consistently work with. Thursday 4/23 I dropped off my car with the request to try to diagnose a loud screeching and feeling of grittiness I felt when braking. These brakes and rotors were recently replaced, so I was concerned. I asked for the car back Tuesday or Wednesday the next week. Monday 4/27 Due to an unexpected work commitment, I had to pick up the car early. Jeff still took time to warm up the brakes and identified there was as issue, which we agreed would be identified by an hour of labor the next time, in which the shop would take apart the brakes to investigate. I greatly appreciated this. Thursday 5/7 Dropped off the car at night. No issues. The shop confirmed over the phone they could get this done by Friday evening. Friday 5/8 I get a call from a staff member saying that their tech had driven the car for 10 to 20 minutes, and heard and saw nothing. After calling back, I requested another individual drive the car longer to warm up the brakes. He confirmed he had done so, and saw no issue. That evening when I picked it up, I saw the shop had driven the car for a total of 1.4 miles - clearly someone here was dishonest. I also noticed the 'check tire pressure' light was on when I picked up the car, but thought nothing of it as when the tires are removed, this alarm has to be reset. Sunday 5/10 I check the tires early morning, and see one of my tires is flat. Not only had the shop lied about driving the car, they had clearly punctured a tire and left the mess for me to clean up. I was forced to cancel prior commitments on my end and pay out of pocket for this issue. Monday 5/11 I contact the shop expressing frustration about the issue, and ask them to reimburse the cost of the tire, a bare minimum courtesy, as this also had serious financial work implications outside of this issue. They tell me that "we never even took the tires off the vehicle to inspect the brakes". I'll allow you to make your own judgements. Have a good day.

Go to Mdcourt.gov and type in Duramax. The case # was C-15-CV-23000278. I eventually had to total the vehicle which cost me over $14,000 to pay off the loan. STAY AWAY FROM DURAMAX!!! Florencia scammed me, committed insurance fraud and left me with a defective car. Rather than owning up to her mistake, she hired a lawyer to try and defend her scam. Just a terrible business, don't believe her. Ask her about the lawsuit and she will give you an excuse but go to the court documents and see what really happened.

I was assured the work would be completed and I could pick my truck up at the end of the day so I decided to visit the Original Pancake House and explore White Flint and Rockville for the day-- To my surprise, just a few hours later, I got a phone call from Iron Mike's and was advised my truck was ready, everything went smoothly and I could pick up my truck any time. When I arrived, I was more than surprised to learn that because the job went a little quicker than anticipated, my bill was well under the quote and was incredibly fair !!!! I met Serkan four years ago by luck. I got into a single vehicle accident that cost me my front bumper. It would have cost me more money to have it reported to my insurance then it would be to order a bumper off-line and have a mechanic install/paint it. After going in to several shops for rates I finally found PQ Auto. I met with Serkan Who not only gave me the best rate but made me feel at ease. The work that his shop does is the same quality you would get at the dealer but half the price. The second time I came back was for an emergency repair to not only my Honda but for also my wife's Nissan. My clutch had went and my wife's ignition would not start. We were both without a vehicle and the feeling that you have to know that you no longer have transportation is unexplainable. I called Serkan last minute and told him about my situation and he was more than willing to help. He knew that this was a costly job and reassured me that he would take care of me. He told me the work that was needed and the work that was not necessary. He provided me with not only pictures but took the time to shop around for parts at a more cost friendly price. He gave me options that were never provided to me by any other shop that I have ever been to. He was able to cut some costs to help my wife and I in our emergency situation. Due to the exigent circumstances, Serkan was able to bring both vehicles into his shop that day and bring his guys into the shop early to work on my car so I could have it that evening. Sure enough, they worked around the clock and had our vehicles that evening running brand new. The price he gave us was more than reasonable but the care and time he gave us was more then we could have asked for. He takes great pride in his work and relationship with his customers. I can honestly say I am beyond grateful to have a person close by to take care of us in any time of need. Due to my past experiences with PQ auto, I brought my Honda back to service my tires, brakes, and rotors. Serkan was able to get all the parts in a timely fashion and had my car in and out within two hours. Serkan belongs to that group of people whom you start to trust immediately once you shake hands with him. He is experienced, knowledgeable, skillful, inventive and always looking for most efficient solutions (in order to reduce cost for the customer). He is passionate about cars and (which is even more important) he genuinely likes making his customers happy. Serkan knows what customer service truly means, and his approach is miles away from common US "customer service" with its hypocrisy, get-the-money-by-all-means mentality and indifference to real customer's needs and concerns. Team at PQ Automotive is great (Muchas gracias, Leo!) being truly open about problems of your car and suggesting solutions how to fix them. PQ stands for Price and Quality, and it couldn't be more accurate. I have known Serkan for years, and he is fantastic. It is so reassuring to have an auto expert you can trust. I have taken my vehicles here for years, everything from collision repair to batteries, from oil changes to alignments. Serkan is the most responsive professional I have worked with (regardless of industry). He is always accessible, always very friendly, and really knows his stuff. On the top of a very reasonable quote, he threw a few complimentary things to make you feel even better. He is also very knowledgeable and takes time to explain what are needed.
