The cafe is inside the industrial building. There is a free 15-minute parking for cafe or pay for parking. Very nice ambiance. Plenty of room to eat, chill, work, read, and chat. Nice employees and fresh food.

It was a good coffee shop in a leed silver office building. Got good pastries such as butter croissant and coffee was okay could be roasted better in my opinion. Cheers!

A little late on my review, but better late than never! I checked out this new Prado Cafe location before the year ended. I had the day off so I took the opportunity to stop by after some errands since I'm normally working during their business hours. On this visit, I got their Pink (beetroot) Latte. Beetroot is certainly an acquired taste, but I definitely didn't mind this one! As I sipped my Pink Latte, I enjoyed a delicious Ham & Brie Croissant. The combination of the warm croissant, and brie melted into the ham was quite satisfying and yummy. While sitting there, I admired the stunning decor.. a really beautiful cafe. Very spacious with a sleek and modern design. I enjoyed the coffee and croissant so much that I came again two weeks later on another day off. This time, I got a regular latte and an Arugula and Sun-Dried Tomato Croissant. The latte was good but the croissant was even better.. I absolutely loved it! Can't wait to come back again to see what other croissant sandwiches they come up with!

We live in the Seattle area and often drive up to Vancouver to eat yummy food! This past weekend we discovered To Live For and went twice during our short stay in BC. The croissants were FAR BETTER than those in Paris which is pretty wonderful as the distance is much closer for us!!! In Paris, we had vegan pastries many of our days there and afterwards, my hands were so oily....not at To Live For. After the delicious and crunchy croissant was devoured, my hands were dry. WAY TO GO CANADA!

Seating is limited inside, but there are plenty of exterior seats and benches on the outside (W and N facing). The inside has a high ceilings with all the white ductwork visible. This venue also has quite a large bakery production area. Staff are friendly and professional. I must say I was skeptical as the place was vegan. Tried their flat white, as well as their Nanaimo bar. Both were absolutely delicious. I guess the only downside to the place is that it bakes in the afternoon sun because of all the large W facing windows. Talk about a pleasant surprise. I'd gladly come by again for more coffee and bakery goodness. Highly recommended.

There is also a E facing table and patio umbrella outside, but it wasn't set up during this rainy season. The room is quite stuffy (lack of ventilation), so they had the door propped open. This place is quite cramped. Staff are friendly. I think they're Korean. Coffee here is pretty decent. No complaints. Didn't try the food. Place might be worth coming by alone or maybe in a group of 2 at most. Otherwise I would highly recommend takeout.

It was kind of chilly inside because they had the door propped open despite it being cold out, but I can imagine it might have been stuffy for the staff in the kitchen area. The barista was very nice! I got the Sooyo croissant, an egg tart, and a milk tea. I loved the Sooyo croissant - I'm weak to the brie/fig combo and this had just the right balance of all the ingredients on a warm and soft croissant. The egg tart was also really nice with a hint of cinnamon. It was bite-sized which was good for a small treat. I also loved the milk tea. It was very strong, and the brown sugar syrup enhanced the flavour! It was worth the trip for me for a relaxing snack stop!

The menu has shrunk considerably and their business days/hours are also a lot less than what it was previously. The drinks were not as tasty as they used to be. My Blue Rose drink was the best of the bunch and I would say even that was just OK. I enjoyed the Lychee jelly in my drink. That was probably the best part of the drink. The liquid part was kinda "meh" for me. I think the best thing we ordered was the matcha soft serve ice cream. On the flip side, there was a guy playing piano there and they were taking requests. I suggested Demon Slayer and the guy played the famous "Gurenge" song by Lisa from season one of Demon Slayer. That was kinda cool. He was a very good pianist. Great way to liven the atmosphere. Also, there was a guy who came around and gave us all tiny paper cranes. It's nothing much, but still always nice to be gifted with anything at all. Business must be hard for them. It would sure be nice to see them return to how they used to be, with a bigger menu, tastier drinks and more days/hours again. We love this place for the manga/ anime vibes that it exudes, and love the Matcha soft serve ice cream they sell here. Really wanna give this place a higher rating but the drinks were really not up to par this time, and as much as we love the Matcha ice cream, it is not by itself enough to warrant giving out a higher rating. If they could just improve the quality of their drinks again...then even if they menu remains limited, at least if everything they serve is of good quality...that would be enough to merit a higher rating.

I was glad to visit on a Sunday morning while taking a walk with my boyfriend in his neighbourhood. When we arrived, it was quite busy. The coffee shop is small, but charming with limited seating available. The menu mainly contains basic coffee shop items as well as a variety of baked goods. We ordered an iced specialty coffee with ice cream and a small latte. I also chose the Tiramisu danish and we nibbled on it while waiting for our coffee. The danish was suggested by the cashier as one of the more popular items. She was completely right, because this baked treat was heavenly. The outside was like a croissant, flakey and buttery and paired with a delicious tiramisu custard on the inside. We also grabbed a scone for our walk home (which turned out to be delicious as well). The shop also sells local artisanal goods such as chocolate, sauces, and even loaves of bread. It's nice to gander around while waiting for your order. We enjoyed our coffee on the walk back home. The coffee is quite strong, which would be optimal for most coffee lovers. The flavour was deep and chocolate-y, but not bitter at all. I read on their site that they regularly rotate their bean selection. I would love to return to try more of their food items!
