Upon opening the machine, we found that the drive belt was so worn that a chunk of it was rubbing against the inside! Mike did not pressure us to fix it, and it was obvious that it needed to be replaced. So he stayed a bit longer to get the job done, saving us the cost of calling him back out. I guess the dishwasher guy took offense because of our initiative to do the majority of the repair. He tried quoting a repair and parts fee sight unseen that was not at all what was needed. When he finally comes, he doesn't do a diagnostic with the computer system at all. He runs it a few minutes, makes a few guesses, then leaves. Charged us for his "expertise." I walked in and the owner is busy running around loading, fixing, verifying various appliances. The front of the store is set up with great quality products but he didn't have a receptionist so I was patient. When he came to me, I told him what I was looking for because the refrigerators in the front were too big for what I needed and out of my small budget. He walked me to the back and showed me the perfect one. He delivered it the next day (he is a one man shop-loads and delivers by himself if it is not being picked up.) I called the next day thinking there was a problem with the fridge but it was a user error and although he knew it was simple, he still came at the end of his day to come show me TWICE! (1st time was programing the fridge, 2nd was my error of plugging in the microwave and fridge in the same outlet. ‍‍ I can't imagine how tough it might be for him to have to deliver to people when they don't live close. Without staff to help, he basically is leaving his business and potentially losing customers. I am very close so it was easier, but early morning or end of day is about the only time he has to be able to deliver or service what people buy if there is an issue. He gives a 45 day guarantee which is great!

They said they need to order part, part takes two weeks they put part takes off with check and leaves without letting us know. Later I put a load to dry and discovered the top panel is loose and the screws are still on the floor. We put a stop payment in the bank and threatened to go to the BBB. They come back and said I don't want Uno in my house again. Manager comes with Uno and said he needs Uno. They didn't bother to tell us. But it took us nearly 2 hours trying to find out why the garage door would not open!!!! Someone else had to come to fix it. This was the worst experience we had with All American Appliances and Uno and his manager. NEVER AGAIN. WE ARE SENIORS AND MY HUSBAND IS SICK.
