Late August /2025 I called and spoke to a gentleman by name of Matthew . Wow , was he super super informative along with going slow enough for a newbie as myself to learn some of the terms . My first time in this store. Not sure what to expect but Francisco made me feel right at home. He was quite knowledgeable about Gold bullion. He answered all my questions about buying and selling gold coins. I want to thank him for his polite nature and manner. And, making feel like I'd made the right decision to walk into the store. Heather's customer service is excellent! I brought my mother-in-law to PMR to have the band on her new watch adjusted. Heather very quickly determined and made the necessary adjustment to ensure a correct fit. However, my mother-in-law wanted to see if a different adjustment made for a better "feel" on her wrist. Heather readily accommodated my mother-in-law's request. Unfortunately, the second adjustment did not improve the fit. Without hesitation, Heather restored the original adjustment. Got a couple of coins from Francisco, who is very knowledgeable when it comes to Native American history and coins. On one of my trips by Uber, I was almost on the receiving end of losing yet something else, my cellphone in the Uber. Thank Goodness the young girl remembered me, and while I was at my Airbnb going crazy looking for my phone, it was all working itself out.
