My car is black on black, AND leather seats during summer time I have to open my windows before even thinking about getting into my car, so I always had to wait till my car cooled off a tad bit. I brought my 2016 Audi A6 to get tint applied to a replaced passenger window. The tint was matched exactly. Also while there I got a light tint on front window to protect inside from UV rays. Lu is a perfectionist, he took the time to clean the front window thoroughly. After he applied the tint the first time, he was critical of some imperfection and immediately he redid his work.!!i have no complaints about his work or business practice. I had purchased a car last minute and as I do with every new car I buy, I needed the front end wrapped. I talked to them on a Monday afternoon and brought in the next day. The tinting looks fine. I gave this establishment 1 start because I am 99% sure my car entered their custody without a pretty good sized scratch on the hood, and did not come out the same way. I asked the proprietor about it and he got really defensive and questioned my accountability, saying I was trying to put it on him because "i was having a bad day". He then pulled out his phone and showed me a picture of my car with the scratch in his garage, saying that he "knew I was going to try and blame him" so took a picture. Not sure what that was supposed to prove other than that there was now a really big scratch on my hood. All in all, he seemed incredibkly shifty about it, and I really did not appreciate my accountability being called into question. It came off as rehearsed righteous indignation. As I said, I am 99% sure I left him the car with no scratch, but there is a 1% chance the scratch was there, or maybe some random person ran up and scratched it while it was in his lot. read more
