It's now June so I've had time to settle in with my carpet and wanted to provide a review of the experience. I read lots of reviews and research things to death before I make a decision so I don't give people a high rating just to be "nice". I also consider myself to be be a little hard to please because I'm used to doing a lot of work on my home myself and I have a high standard of quality while being thrifty. That being said, I shopped around a few quotes and came back to FlooringRVA. Long story short...I felt the price I paid for what I wanted was spot on. I had a good experience with the two man crew that came to install the carpet and padding. And 6 months later things are still meeting my expectations. Robert, the owner, was the real reason behind going with FlooringRVA a second time. He personally came to measure and offer suggestions. I preferred to text and Robert made himself available at all times throughout the day when I had questions. I didn't always expect an immediate response but one was always received. I could tell he and his staff were committed to my being satisfied throughout every step in the process and I couldn't find that level of customer focus with any other competitor. They said they would send a check to cover the cost of the painting (previously, the sent the painter out and had him bill their business). The negotiated price was reasonable and agreed upon by both parties prior to installation and scheduling. Very happy with the original service. Additionally, the door had a small issue, likely due to the humidity or workmanship of our home, Nazar came out very soon after reporting the issue to examine and provide both advice and offered continued services should any other issues occur.

Jason pulled through a stop sign in…read morehis box truck and cut me off, flipped me off, and laughed at me as he drove away, even though I and the other car in the road coming the other way both had to slam on our brakes to avoid hitting him. I got the number on the side of the truck to report unsafe driving and pulled over to call, not knowing the owner of the company was the one driving. I barely got out the words "one of your trucks-" when he started yelling and cursing at me saying "That was me, douchebag! What do you want, douchebag?" I tried submitting a complaint to Weathersby Guild in Atlanta and they never got back to me. I feel like posting publicly about this incident is the only path left to try and have this flagrant disregard for safe driving addressed. I can't speak to the quality of the actual repairs, but with how he drives I expect those damaged items, claims of fraud, and additional repairs/up charges mentioned in other reviews to be a regular occurrence. Do not trust this man to transport anything you value, or to be professional/courteous if he doesn't get his way.

Enter Jason and his team. They not only did great work, they did it at a fair price and got the table back to me EARLIER than predicted. The whole process took less than a week. These guys are awesome.
