For my son's18th birthday, we got him a new windshield. His was getting pretty bad. They had 2 or 3 in stock, so we were able to get us in quickly! It did not take long at all, and we were actually able to do it on his birthday. They were done before the 2-3 hour wait time they told us, and it looks great, we've had no problems and the price was very reasonable! He drives a 2015 Ford F-150. Highly recommend. Hurricane Zeta spun a tv antenna into our vehicle's rear window...i called before opening hours, caught Leo as he was opening up. He took my info and promptly called me back with a quote and a completion time of the next day at our home. Precision Auto Glass was not the company referred by our insurance company nor was it the one referenced by our Nissan dealership. BUT it was the one that was able to solve our problem perfectly and at $150 lower than the other bid . Called ahead and told them what vehicle I was bringing in. They told me that they would have the windshield delivered from their warehouse and that I should show up in an hour. An hour later when I get there they have not done anything. They barely remember speaking with me. They asked if I wanted to wait an hour for it to get delivered and then 2 more for installation. No thanks. 45 minutes of my life wasted driving there and back because of their incompetience. Avoid them! read more
