I'm fairness, it is difficult to prove or disprove. They let me cancel my membership but did not offer any sort of refund. It's unfortunate that the old style touchless car washes are being undercut by these scratch factories. Touchless charge $6 and this wash charges $5 for basic. Automated car washes charge more than that, and these guys spray the outside of the car, wash the windows, remove bug residue, and then it goes through the wash itself. My last interaction with him, he reviewed my value card ($25 for $30) purchase history and commented that I hadn't washed my car frequently enough, noting that my last visit was five months prior. He then informed me that my car was "too dirty" for their service and insisted I should wash it monthly. In all my years of visiting car washes, I've never been told my car was too dirty to clean. This unwelcoming attitude has left me deeply disappointed, and I won't be returning, despite having unused credit on my saver card.

The young man stated "We're closing early it's a holiday." The proper way to serve the customers that were patronizing the business have would have been to an announce to customers --who may not have known closing was within minutes --that everything was shutting down a 'X time' for an early close, (which wasn't posted for customers to immediately see) That's customer service. I mean it's a car wash so u don't expect much, but maybe I do.

We ended up waiting the entire time for the first trip here, and Billie chatted with us most of that time. I observed many regulars coming in and chatting with her, and she knew everyone by name. Mental note to not drop your car off after 3pm as a grade school next door is letting the kids out for the day. There is a lot of local traffic and you will be stuck waiting to get into the car wash entrance. It is also a bit confusing where the actual car wash entrance is, as there are parking spaces right outside and not sure if it is part of the car wash facility or not. The next day we brought a second car here and wised up, this time we planned to go to breakfast next door while the car was being washed. It was ready when we got back. The only gripe I have with the second time here is the interior was not that thoroughly cleaned. As part of the pro wash and detailing they are supposed to vacuum and detail the interior. They had the car for 45 minutes so I would have expected the entire car to be wiped down and sparkling inside and out. As I was driving home I noticed the dashboard was still very dusty and it appeared that someone had taken a rag and just wiped a little part of it near the passenger speakers. Most of the dashboard was not wiped off. Disappointing. The exterior was sparkling and spotless though.
