I called the guy that put my floor in and fix my toilet before... and it took three days before I figured out he was not going to show up. I called another guy I found on next door great reviews after two days figured out he wasn't going to show up either. I called a bunch of plumbers off of Google and they either would not return my calls or they did not work on RV plumbing, however one plumber I did talk to gave me the name of an RV plumber. BRUCE RUSSELL... remember that name. When I told him my water had been leaking on my bathroom floor for 7 days he dropped everything and came over. Sadly I needed a new toilet, so he drove down to some Warehouse and luckily they had one (1) in stock. I cannot say enough about this man he hardly charge me anything for labor and his show up fee was ridiculously low.... after thinking about it I am guilt-ridden for not giving him some kind of a bonus.

My cars have been serviced here for decades, and my latest visit is a good example of why…read more I have a 2018 F-150 with fairly low miles (60K) that failed a DEQ test. I immediately drove to First Choice to ask their advice. Eric dropped what he was doing, and hooked up a diagnostic tool to the truck. It showed an oxygen sensor error. Right then and there, he could have said make an appointment; you need a new one. Instead, he said that it was rare for them to fail. He cleared the error code from the truck, and told me to drive it for an hour or so, and go get it tested again. I followed his advice, and it worked! First Choice did not charge me a penny, and the solution was simple, straight forward, and took little time. I've had other instances where these guys have really bailed me out over the years, and I won't have my vehicles serviced anywhere else. If you want it fixed correctly the first time, this is the shop to do the job.
