This auto repair shop came recommended by a friend. They are a distance from where I live, about 40 minutes away. They properly diagnosed and fixed the problem. As a widow with not much money, I find it important to feel I can trust my mechanic to fix my vehicle without taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I will say, going in they seemed really nice and didn't talk down to me.. I got my alternator "fixed" here. I had to go in 3 weeks later for them to "fix" it again. and once again my car is having alternator problems. they also changed my battery without my permission. on my old battery I had sharpied a heart into the red part that covers my battery jolts. the heart is now gone. I have to get an entire new battery now because my car is dead and I took it into auto one and my battery is SO BAD. this makes me insanely sad. after contacting this place 2 times without any response I'm thinking of getting legal involved. they also wanted me to pay them 160 dollars for labor when they put in a bad alternator to begin with. I didn't pay them that and he tried holding my keys hostage. so I snatched them out of his hands and said "you said this would be free!" and he said okay. read more

I went in on May 18th 2023 to have several this repaired. Have him the contact information for my warranty, and after over a month and a half he still had not gotten ahold of my warranty company to see what was covered. Needless to say I went to a different shop. I do not recommend this place unless you have the ability to wait 2 months to even get any response from the shop. Do it recommend at all. read more

The prices are to good for a reason shitty work if you can't see there work don't pay them and if your getting a tranny or a motor done be sure to be there while they buy it or this guy will throw anything he can find in your vehicle and has his under qualified underage children working that have no clue what there doing and speak 0 English over filled my transmission by almost 2 whole quarts and lied to me about the fuel filter I had to replace my self after paying for it threw them! just take it to a reputable place and pay for it be done right the first time zero honesty and all warranty's are fake this company rides on chance that there shitty parts won't break don't be fooled there willing to do anything to get your money and send you out the door disgusting company that won't be in business much longer! read more

Stopped using this shop about three years ago after they messed up my tachometer which never had problems. My car was dropped off for valve cover gasket replacement. Job was done expediently at reasonable cost but then I discovered my tachometer would not work or intermittently turn on but for 99% time it's off. I complained about this to the shop. The owner with skeptical attitude (tried to suggest it was already broken by previous alarm installation - NOT TRUE) after searching about 10 mins under the hood offered to fix it at later time if I brought back the car another time. There was a long dark electrical wire hanging loose he didn't know where it goes which i think was the source of the problem. I've decided not to risk them to work around my electrical; so never brought the car back. Fast forward, two years later at Midas for oil change. A young mechanic figured out how to reconnect my tachometer within minutes (without asking him, while doing my oil change - - solution was that simple.) and it's working just like always. So, ... you might get to pay less at this shop but your experience could likely vary 50/50% either way. In hindsight, I would have preferred to spend an extra $100 at a more qualified shop instead of losing my tachometer for next several years. For Justino here's a simple lesson to remember: For cars you're not familiar; make note of the wires you disconnect (use digi cam if you have to) then put them back the way you found them! (Because my tachometer was perfectly operational until you worked around my engine). read more

The shops owner, Justino, is a thief! I took my car in there with 2 lights on in my dashboard alerts & a headlight that was not working. I had pictures of my dashboard with the two lights that were on! He had me write down, in detail, what was wrong with my car which I also took a picture of.... He fixed one of the problems that I took my car in for... charged me for all three and just reset the codes for two of the lights to go off in my dash instead of fixing the problems that made the lights come on in the first place, and broke my airbag sensor so now my airbags don't work, the airbag light is constantly flashing, and if I get into a car accident I could get seriously injured or die! He told me it would be another $120 to fix that problem that he created which I have proof of in the pictures I took of my car before I took it to him AND in the paper he made me fill out stating what was wrong with my car (which never mentioned an airbag problem)! I also, told him that it wasn't my headlight that needed changed... something was wrong with the connection and he just put a new bulb in which burned out within a week of getting my car back because he didn't fix what I paid for, and now all the lights that I took my car in to get fixed are back on in my dash, because all he did was reset the codes to turn them off for a few days! I had to get an attorney to sue this p.o.s. thief! I'll see him in court to get my money back. Save yourself the trouble & RUN from this dude!!! The end. read more

I brought my Nissan Murano here a couple years ago and was excited to do business with a local shop. I had work done with them prior with no problems. On a Monday, I had my vehicle oil checked at my usual place and they did a diagnostic reading since my service light was on. That Thursday, I took it to my usual dealer for a full diagnostic and had some work done with them. It drove fine after this. I brought it to Fix 4 Less that Saturday for a couple things, not related to the engine, that I didn't want to do at the dealer (brakes pads and control arm replacement). Fix4Less gave a call that it would be ready around 1pm. Around Noon, I got another call, oddly, asking if I wanted to change the oil. I said no - it's been checked twice this week. I was pressured to let them change the oil and I reiterated that two places had checked it and it was fine. Fix4 Less should not have been working on anything with the engine. When I picked it up, I was told the oil was low - really low. I asked how that was possible and asked if they had started an oil change. They would not owe up to this and deflected blame but urged me to get it checked very soon (I had been driving it and it was fine). As I drove the 6 blocks to Valvoline, I could hear metal against metal and I was sweating. They confirmed that it left with zero oil in it. Clearly the tech at Fix4Less had begun an unplanned oil change and they were too cheap to even put low grade oil back in it to remedy their error (I spend over $500 with them). I am certain there was (a high grade) oil in the vehicle prior to them working on it. They should not have touched the engine with what they were working on. Unbelievably unethical given the damage this could cause to an engine. read more
