I'm impressed with Precision, and so thankful. Raise your hand if 99% of the time a vendor is in your home it requires a follow-up visit, or something goes wrong. Exactly.....well, good news for anyone reading this review: Precision is in the top 1% of quality vendors...because they get it right. We needed to replace our furnace. We had four different companies come over to quote us. Precision's price was extremely competitive, which kept them on our shortlist as we continued down the path, but we ultimately chose Precision for the following reasons: - Katelynn was responsive from moment one with scheduling, and through to the end, until our transaction was fully completed. I cannot tell you what a difference this made. She replied over email quickly, she was flexible when our calendars changed, and answered a ton of questions. It told me that Precision is on top of things, that they cared about earning our business, and that they run a well-oiled machine. (This level of responsiveness is critical when you're scrambling to replace a major appliance.) - We were able to schedule a quote for, like, the next day, I think. - Serge came over to quote us, and he took his time to investigate, take measurements, etc., and to answer all of my questions, and he did it without getting impatient. I could trust that he knew what he was talking about, and he explained things clearly, so that I could make the best decision. Without clear information, we would have been lost. - The quote came in that same day - it was clean and easy to understand, and it had language on it that was something to the effect of "If you're not happy for any reason, we will make it right." Voila - trust established. - Their labor warranty is also twice that of others - it's two years. Wow (and smart) - it says so much about how they back up their work. As a result, I was ready (and happy) to commit. So how did everything turn out? Suffice it to say that I'm choosing to write this review because the same quality we experienced before purchase is the same quality we received with our installation. Our replacement furnace was scheduled to be installed within just a few days of accepting the quote - wow! Our tech, Eleuterio, arrived, and he was joined by a second gentleman, Yuri. Honestly, I was terrified at what could go wrong, but Eleuterio and Yuri did a standup job that was thorough and complete at every turn. - They made sure everything was working as intended before leaving. (They waited until I, myself, was satisfied - they didn't rush away.) - They updated me at every turn when they were here. - They let me watch them at times, which bothers some techs. All Eleuterio said was "no problem at all," and he made me feel welcomed to watch. - They answered my questions along the way when I poked my head into the garage. - They let me see the old heat exchanger they pulled out (it was not broken - shame on our old HVAC company). - They cleaned up after themselves - not one piece of debris - not even a small piece of paper or anything on the floor. Thank you, Eleuterio and Yuri! I can't tell you how important it is to have this level of attention paid to you as a customer. It's one thing if it's in a restaurant where it makes you feel good; but it's a totally different thing when you're dealing with gas, electricity, other sensitive appliances nearby, etc. We needed Precision to get this right and to care about every detail as if it were their own home, and they did just that. This is worth the price of admission, alone. The last thing you want on an install like this is something going wrong. Precision made me feel taken care of. People replied to me. People talked to me. People cared about the install, and I got a high quality reliable furnace at a competitive price that will keep my family warm for years to come. I fully endorse Precision - not just as an HVAC company, but as a partner. After this experience, Precision is certainly our new HVAC partner, and for good reason. After months of unsuccessful attempts to get our HVAC system replaced, we received a call from our local home improvement and retail corporation. The store representative said, I realize you have been having problems getting an HVAC installed to your customer specifications. The store representative, recommended we call, "Precision Air." After so many calls and troubles, we called the office at Precision Air, and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent communication from Precision Air staff. The office staff asked us when Precision Air could come to our home and provide a quote. Only a few days later, we received a quotation for HVAC system replacement and my wife and I made our decision that Precision Air was the right choice for us. This review is a bit overdue, only because I don't log into my yelp account very often. I just want to say that the gentleman that owns this business is probably the most honest HVAC professional I've ever run across. We have an usual hot water tank in that it's combined with our heating system. Anyway, something happened because of the shoddy work done by a previous company that installed the original tank. The owner of Precision Air, Paul Vynar, not only took care of the problem quickly, he priced his services very fairly. He made a significant inconvenience 'go away' by replacing the defective parts quickly and educating us about the workings of the system. I have a large HVAC project that I've been receiving bids on to re-do my whole ductwork, replace the furnace, and the AC. Dave came out, showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a very honest estimation of the work required, but he let me know they weren't going to be super competitive on price for the ductwork buildout. I have hired them in the past for maintenance on my furnace (see my old review) and thanks to the honesty and the way they run their business I'd definitely trust them for future maintenance or installation projects. They may not be the cheapest when it comes to installing ductwork, but they will give you a fair price if you need your furnace or AC replaced or repaired. I'll be using them for years to come for that sort of work! read more

Paul and his guys at Precision Air are fantastic, very professional and very thorough. We came back from spring break to a bad smelling laundry room. Paul got us in the books the day after I called & cleaned the heating vents & dryer vents, the smelly culprit was a bunny that got into our dryer vent. Needless to say, we were so thankful they were able to bump us up in their schedule. They removed all of the dryer venting and replaced it, along with a secure outside cover. I can't say enough good things about this company and their technician, Marc Harrison. My heat pump was installed by one of their competitors in 2009 and the heat went out. I know my unit is a bit long in the tooth but I need it to hang in there just a little longer. Marc went the extra mile and was able to fix it after a lot of effort. The original installer would have shut it off and told me it was un-fixable. When it comes time to replace my heat pump, Precision is getting my first call for estimates. read more
