I found them via word of mouth referral from my neighbor, and who in turn had done the same from another neighbor.  Our community's townhomes utilize casement windows (Pella brand but it doesn't matter on the brand). Casement windows after a couple of decades have a common issue and that is rotting wood on the bottom sash that ultimately will prevent crank operation of the window.  Even the non-movable center window experiences bottom sash rot and Gene and Nick also repaired two of these center windows for me.  They also repaired a side casement window and the repair cost was about $300 per window.  They use high quality cedar wood for their repairs.  In case you were wondering, a new small Pella casement window costed me $850 9 years ago because I replaced one, not knowing then that I could have had it repaired like new by these guys. Gene and Nick are honest, courteous, keep their word, work cleanly and neatly, and have a good work ethic.  They hail from Moldova, and that may not be here nor there, but some cultures just generally breed a good work ethic and I think that is the case here.  When done, they cleaned up, vacuumed, put moved furniture back in place, and left our neat place as it was when they started.  Big thumbs up and thanks again for the great work, Gene and Nick!

She was pleasant at first then called me back and told me her worker said he was told by the gentleman here that they did not have to worry about there mess he would take care of it, he didn't want them on his property... 1st off there was no man here ( no one was home at all...) 2nd one of the guys was already on the property picking up the big pieces of trash they let go. She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. My experience working with All Star was great from start to finish and exactly what you would hope for in a contractor. Dave responded quickly to evaluate the project, he was attentive to my concerns and what I needed, and he presented me with a range of quality and price options. Based on my research and competing quotes, the cost for my chosen option was reasonable. I wanted better windows and I knew they would take a while longer to manufacture. Unfortunately, we were up against a deadline with winter coming and weren't able to sneak the job in before the weather turned consistently bad. It was definitely worth waiting for though. On the day of installation, the crew arrived on time, were very professional, and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire All Star again for another project based on price, quality, and service.
