I went in for a simple oil change, and before I even left the parking lot, my car started freaking out. I backed up and told the guy something was seriously wrong, but he brushed it off, saying they just changed the oil. So I drove around the building, and my car was sputtering like crazy. I pulled back in and insisted again that something wasn't right. My car was in perfect condition when I pulled in. This time, he said it was probably just the air filters they replaced and that I should drive it a bit and it would go away. I reluctantly left and drove very carefully to my Airbnb. By the way, I was only in town because I had to evacuate my home in Asheville due to my town being destroyed. When I checked the oil dipstick, it was TRIPLE over the full line. My boyfriend and I had to drain the oil they overfilled. When we tried to start the car, it made a terrible sound, so we had it towed to a mechanic. Turns out, THEY DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID!!!! If I had driven it any further or any faster than I did, my perfect car would've been totaled! It's been two weeks, and I've called several times, but I still haven't heard back from the "local manager" to get my money back. This oil change ended up costing me $560, plus an insane amount of stress. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CAR!

The manager Jarrett flashed me a warm smile as he walked up/greeted me/intro'd self and guided me to the bay. The team members Desz and her new trainee, as well as Brandon all smiled/said hello. When does that happen these days? RARELY! I appreciated the explanations without pressure, the offer for additional services, the speed that the oil change etc was done and the overall feeling that this experience left me with. Once there the employees were very receptive and empathic to our problem. They ran a couple tests and while the tests came back with bad news, they still helped us out by knocking a couple bucks off the total cost. Not only that but with more shows to play and the fact we couldn't take the van any further, firestone allowed us to keep our broken down van on their lot for a few days while we figured out a solution to our problem. Thanks again it was really awesome to see how helpful people could be.

A little expensive but only the best for a new car at this point. So didnt really matter. Drive away and i hear something fall hit the underbelly of the car. Looked under the car and everything looked fine. Come to find out it wasnt fine. The engine belly pan that covers the engine bay wasnt put on right and the thing that hit the bottom of the car was one of the clips that wasnt placed back on properly after the oil change. I ended up driving the car on the highway and the underbelly pan started to drag. Parts that were still being held in place was sheered off ending up damaging other splash guards as well. I wouldnt be annoyed, but this is a new car i just got and because someone neglected to put the clips in properly resulting in further damage. Will never come back here again.

Now to be fair I was the only customer here at the time so times may vary. So oil change w synthetic, engine & cabin filter for $134, my last trip to dealer for just oil was $123! I had a very nice woman assist me, Kayla I believe. All the workers there were professional and thorough. Top marks, will be returning.

He replaced the engine in my first car, a Mitsubishi Galant that I drove into the ground. I didn't take care of it & didn't care to learn about how I should take care of my cars (I was 17 and stupid). When the computers malfunctioned and he took a look at it, he gained 100% of my business whenever possible because he told me he could fix it, but I'd be better off if I didn't pay him to & used that money to get a new car. He refused business because he's ethical & understands how much trust goes into him being the person people want to make sure they have a safe & reliable car. I've never looked back, and I've told everyone I know in town to go to him - and as long as he's there, I'll keep sending people his way. Oh - and in case anyone is wondering, I take much better care of my car now. I learned my lesson!

However I thought that was strange and told them I had that done 50,000 miles ago. They did they change! After I paid $1000+ for this rip off! Was pulling out and the noise was still there, then the car just stopped! Apparently I just needed an alternator and the battery needed to be replaced. An additional 300+ dollars... I feel they ripped me off because I was a woman! And they did not feel any remorse for making the wrong Repair.
