Terrible shop. You take your car here to fix an issue you'll drive away with a new issue they caused. Then when you want to take your car back to fix the issue they caused they don't have the availability... Not to mention someone from this shop stole a tool from the vehicle trunk. Upon calling and inquiring about it they have 'no idea' where it went, naturally. Not worth a police report for a 12$ tool. Nonetheless I will be reporting this establishment to the better business bureau. read more

DO NOT TAKE VEHICLE HERE!! If I could select zero, out of five stars, I would. Last year I dropped my car off to do a clutch repair. They ended up keeping my car for nine months. Ended up spending around $3300 when all said and done OK fine... A couple months later I noticed a clunking with my transmission leaving first and second gear. Turns out when they were taking apart, or putting my transmission housing together, they broke two bolts off inside the housing itself. This created major problems, which they fixed. They didn't do it for free due to it being their mistake in the first place but at a reduced cost. But now I just realized after picking the car up a couple weeks ago that I have frame damage caused by their vehicle lift. I am now working with an attorney and pushing forw with litigation. Enough is enough. Do not take your car to this or any other store. These people are inexperienced liars. read more

wow. again disappointed. after leaving a yelp review they contacted back and asked me to give them a call, i've now called and left messages with absolutely no response or even an attempt at a call back. i left my phone number and my name, which they already have in their system, and asked them to give me call back with nothing. again if you want to risk getting your services done by these guys then it's your financial funeral. i'm so incredibly appalled by their lack of grace and customer service, but i guess if that's how you want to run a company that's on you but it shows a lot. read more

the absolute most unorganized shop I've ever seen. location 1305 W Central Texas Expy Killeen, TX first had my car in for tie rods and front passenger wheel bearing. they didn't even replace the correct side. they replaced the front driver bearing. I then had them order a rear passenger tire. I was out of town for a few days and the lady who manages the location, her name is Angel, had updated me on Thursday the the tire would be put on and ready for pick up on Friday when I return home. I didn't get in until this morning (Saturday) and as I walk in to pick up my car, I'm made aware there is not a new tire installed because "they couldn't do it". I had not a single update about that. this in turn has put a massive blockade on my weekend as well as next week because I did not plan for such negligence. highly unorganized, highly unprofessional, and this location has no business being open. Let's also not forget that Angel had a shift in her tone after I pointed out they charged me 1.3 hours of labor for something they did that took 15 minutes. I know how all data works, and I know how P Tune invoices work. I managed one, and I'm fully aware you can make adjustments as needed for customer service as well as just honest business practice, which I have not seen in action at this god awful location. I was told "well we do it by the book here" which is false because if that be the case, your ratings and reviews would be much better. Dissatisfied to say the least. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Recently I went in for a simple tune up and it was the worst decision I've ever made!! I made an appointment since I couldn't get it done the day I went in. When I arrived for my appointment I got there and no appointment had been made!!! FIRST red flag. So after waiting, the guy at the desk recommends I have my "fuel injection" cleaned as well. Thinking that would help with my gas Milage seeing that I travel out of town for work I agreed. After the "work" was completed I proceeded to head to work like a normal day and as I traveled down the highway I noticed my gas mileage decreasing RAPIDLY!!! I was PISSED!!!!!!!!! But I couldn't turn around because I didn't want to be late for work. Next day I took my car back ( should've never even wasted my time!!) the guy says well everything seems to be fine , where do u get gas? And he tells me Walmart gas is no good for my car BS!!!! ( I've been using Murphy's gas every since I've had this car for 3 months and NEVER had an issue) clearly didn't get any resolution going back there so I went to a different mechanic shop and was told I had WATER in my gas tank. And my car was running HORRIBLY. It was running much better before I got the TUNE UP!! If you're looking to take your car here for ANY type of mechanical work I suggest you take you hard EARNED money and spend it somewhere else!!!!!! It's a shame how you think you could trust a company like precision because it's everywhere but that's definitely NOT the case. read more

The manager (I'm terrible With names ) was very helpful and polite. He helped explain what was wrong with my a/c, and what I may have done wrong while trying to refill it myself. While I Waited and after closing another lady came in and although he politely said they were closed he saw that she was a little overwhelmed so he answered some of her questions and pointed her in the right direction. I'll be going back for sure and I'm happy to suggest precision tune to my friends. read more

This place should be shut down due to the lack of professionalism that their employees have especially a manager called Eric Madrid. One of their stores were doing an oil change put the wrong oil drip plug into oil drip pan. I took it to another of their stores where the allegedly changed the drip pan currently I'm still having issues of oil drip on my garage. They actually change the drip pan but not an original part. Toyota services will not change my oil do to the wrong pan being installed. The worst part is that mr. Madrid got all defensive insulted me in front of his employees, got all aggressive up to the point where I felt threatened by the individual. If this is the way they treat their customers this is the first and last time that I will ever visit this place being a customer for almost three years at least. I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB. read more

These guys know how to treat their customers right. They are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. There's no price gouging. They listen to your concerns and work with you to give you the best deal and the best service possible. I took my 1998 Toyota Camry in when the 'check engine light' came on and also had them replace the broken interior and exterior driver's door handles. They kept me in the loop as the work progressed, right up until the repairs were finished. The amount they charged for the work was more than fair. I will be a customer for life! read more

Highly recommend this place!! The service here is genuine and authentic. They walk you thru the repairs and answer any questions. These folks also make and keep their appts, which in my Killeen/Harker Heights experience is worth pointing out. They also weren't dismissive, condescending or trying to oversell you. I usually perform my own services, but didn't have the time before I left on a road trip--never thought twice about any of the services performed. Today, I attempted to change my oil. The mechanic that performed the oil change at Precision Tune back in January put the drain plug on entirely too tight. Using the correct wrench, I managed to round off the drain plug. Today is Sunday, so tomorrow I will be taking my vehicle up to Precision Tune here in Lakewood, WA to get the drain plug replaced. Hopefully their mechanics will be more competent in regards to the torque (almost nil) on the drain plug. Usually bad reviews are a good indicator of the type of experience you'll have with any given place. However, I am VERY thankful to say that this was NOT the case with Precision Killeen. I gave them a try, on a whim, because my car was overheating and they were close to home. David & Brian are very professional, very knowledgeable (and thorough in explaining the problem and solution), and their customer service is phenomenal! I am back (almost 2 weeks later) to fix a different issue and I have every bit of confidence in their work and their pricing. This is a wonderful place, and have been going here for years. They are always courteous and respectful and try their best to give you fast and friendly service. I recently took my car to them because it was making a noise near the tire, I thought it was going to cost a bundle. However, upon inspection, they found it was a minor problem (that they fixed for free). I drove away with the problem fixed, with no cost. I will continue to frequent this Precision Tune. read more

We came from California to visit our son had a low tire, after going around Killeen we couldn't find faster service than this shop. Eric did his best to get us in and out quickly, although, he had a shop full of cars he made time in this hot sizzling heat to fix our tire. When we asked for the bill he said "No Charge" ...wow, an amazing shop and man but still paid cause that was just something you don't see often.
