Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. I called 1-Tom and they made me feel completely confident about my choice. Right from the start, I liked the fact that they answered the phone and I didn't have to keep pushing buttons to get to the right person. I was told that they stood behind all their work and they would make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Before Alex came to my home, I received a photo of him. He was confident and friendly and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Originally it looked like it was going to be a bad situation with the toilet and that the floor might have to be torn up. Alex showed me what the problem was and I could now see why the toilet couldn't be installed correctly in the first place. Alex called his boss and discussed what needed to be done. He was able to do it without damaging the floor, which was a huge relief. I trusted that 1-Tom did the best job possible for me while avoiding major repairs. I was worried that if I said something, he wouldn't pay back what he owed me and he has been bullshitting with thousand of excuses. I got burned obviously. The most recent, I offered him $7,000.00 to settle and he accept it until he saw the post I did on 4/2/2024 and said he won't pay back because of this. He knew I was going to file with small claim court as I do have a contract that he signed with a witness and he threatened to call cops on me for harassment, threatened to sue me on whatever reason he has. I encouraged him to go ahead call cops on me or take me to court. He's all bluff and I left him alone hoping he would come back and pay me back. I was idiot to think he might will. If any of you want to file with small claim court - I advise you all to do this or maybe we all could file a class action suit against Dennis Nunez and his company. Second, they picked up window AC units and basically took out the in wall AC units and replaced it with window AC ones. They did not communicate clearly what they were going to do and just proceeded to get started. When I googled it, every link says you cannot do this. This was a clear bait and switch where he confirmed that he would get window AC units the went to Home Depot the same day and bought off the shelf window AC units for half the price. I can still even see light coming through the hole in the walls, because they did not seal it properly. I would NEVER recommend doing business with Dennis or this company. They also go by the name A1 Mechanical Solutions LLC on Angi. It's so bad, I'm now stuck with two window AC units that I don't want and will be redoing the entire job. Don't end up like me and redo their work.
